I love Tenley Nails - for adults. They (for the most part) are attentive to detail and put in effort to ensure you get what you've come for. However, I 100% would not recommend for kids. I brought my little one in after calling to see if they did kid nails. My baby left with no top coat on her toes or her fingernails and her toe nail got messed up and they sent her out anyway. 10/10 on making a memorable first nail salon visit (she says with maximum sarcasm. But you live and you learn. This salon is not where you want to bring your kid.

The owner kindly fixed my nails after the last debacle but - I cannot. This is not the salon for you if you are busy and have a life. Unless you're not picky and willing to let anyone do anything to your nails. That isn't me. Sadly, the owner refuses to set appointments for herself or any of her staff a week out, demanding instead that you call her precisely three days before you want the appointment... I think my last review summed it up. So if you're picky and busy, this isn't your spot. Otherwise, try it. The pros remain on the location, polish selection, and number of available services. For me, the cons have finally and fully outweighed the pros. Ugh. This is exhausting.

it was my first time and was a very bad experience the lady cut my nails into coffin already started before even allowing me to give her a choice on what I wanted. It was just a bad experience for me so I’m glad I went alone and didn’t bring other people.. I never had an experience like this before and wasn’t worth 130 at all and they said they apologize and just smiled bad customer service and anyone who commenting nice things about this place I’m happy yall had a good experience. Also trying to tell me that square is ugly and coffin is popular. I never had an experience like this in my life.

The absolute WORST SERVICE EVER. I made an appointment with Helen today. She was 45 minutes late and another woman in the shop that was also being serviced by her let me know. So when she FINALLY arrives. She asks me who Im waiting for. I said “You”. She said nobody told her that she had a 10:30am appointment and then in true fashion tries to pawn me off on a greener associate that messed up my friends nails the first time I came here (saw it in person and he had to get it done over). This blatant disregard for someone’s time and piss poor communication amongst them costs me time and them money. And look at my profile on here I am VERY particular about my nails as one of my pics has over a million views. I will not be returning and would encourage people who care about their time and nails to not go either.

I decided to go here because of the Yelp reviews so it's only right I leave one myself. First time/walk-in customer & was seen right away. Gel pedicure included the callous treatment which is usually extra. The man who did my pedicure was really nice & did a good job. Sometimes men can be rough & rush and I usually avoid having a man do my feet but I wouldn't mind him again. I'm used to paying $80+ for that so to only pay $55 and leave satisfied felt good. Will return.

Similar to other reviews, their nail techs are pretty good or at least meet expectations but their prices seem to change every-time I come in. Normally I pay 110-120 for refill (acrylic and gel) and pedi (regular). The next time was 145, then after that 160. Today, when I was almost done with my nails they said it would be 160 for just the refill (see photo below), excluding the pedi. Between LA and Miami or even in the DMV, I’ve never heard of just a refill and no design for just 160. Even the nail tech seemed surprised when their boss told the price. I essentially left without getting a pedicure and went to Fantasy nails and spa down the street for a cheaper price but still having the same quality. I would advise anyone who comes to this place to always check the price of exactly what they’re getting. In my opinion this is highly over price to pay 160 for just a refill with no design. Not worth it!

They did a great job and got me in last minute on a Sunday! The were able to replicate what I wanted exactly. They started working on my mani and pedi at the same time and finished in great time. 10/10 I 100% recommend! And the pricing was very reasonable. $55 for gel pedi and $105 for full set acrylic mani

I was over charged and I still tip, then I got home and looked at my bank statement and they took more money out my account that I didn’t authorize. It also took over 2 hours for a full set

I came in last Saturday and the service was great. My nails are still perfect - picture is from a few days after, and they were very friendly. Thank you Tenley Nails!

It was the first time I got manicure and pedicure done. When booking over phone I told them I am booking appointment for regular manicure and pedicure. When I got there they asked me whether I wanted gel and I said regular. However, when paying they mentioned that the manicure was gel, and I should’ve known it was gel when they asked to put the hand under the light. It was my first time. It was their job to tell me.Wasn’t fair that they had me pay for the gel manicure when I didn’t even ask for it.

Very disappointed with Tenley/LeVA Nails. I have been a loyal customer for the past 3 years and recommend soo many people to come to this salon. I would always come in and get designs and a pedicures, spending well over $100 each time. I was going to be a bridesmaid and had a specific look the bride was going for. As I was getting my nails done I expressed early on in the process that I wasn’t loving the shaping I was reassured that it would look better at the end. She was talking to a coworker the whole time she was doing my nails and didn’t put her undivided attention into my nails. When finished I was asked what I thought about my nails and I respectfully said “I don’t love them but there’s nothing I can do now” the attitude shifted. I paid my bill and even tipped well. I texted her to schedule an appointment a few weeks later and I was met with no response. My sister went in a couple of days later and the nail tech proceeded to bad mouth me to my sister and expressed I was no longer welcome in the salon because I didn’t like my nails 1 time in the whole 3 years I went there. She said I “scared her” which is very inappropriate and insensitive to say when I literally didn’t argue or say anything to her. I am much smaller than she is and have never been aggressive to her. It seemed to be racially motivated and made me and my sister extremely uncomfortable. When my sister stated I have been a loyal customer for so many years and brought soo many customers she got offended and started ignoring my sister. It’s very sad to know they treat their customers who have spent thousands of dollars at their establishment like this. I will never go back her and I recommend that Black women stay away from this establishment as well. So many amazing nail salons in the area that charge consistent pricing and where you will be respected as a customer.Services: Nail art
