Pretty sad place, hard to get to, difficult parking forget about any memorable products. They dropped archer farms so not much to distinguish them. What is the point of target - zero customer service. Forget checkout - you must stand in line with 20 other people for self checkout line. Yeah no, thanks and if enough people redirected their time, Target wouldn't get away with it but since apparently this target store attracts people without jobs, they can get away with extremely long waits for self service line because they refuse to pay fir workers.

Some lady stole my wallet at this target, had to call the police because the security found her using my debit card at the self checkout. I locked my card and instead of turning in my wallet she just took the card out and left it on the shelf of a random aisle, which someone found later. I'm disappointed not only with the store but the criminal activity in this mall, never had this happen to me anywhere else. Just spare your time and drive to a different target.

These are the most inattentive associates at this target. I'm waiting a guest services to make a return. There's someone behind me and there is three associates near me all of which have looked over and none have offered help!!

This is my local target and I come here often for shower supplies and hair supplies. I don't worry about them being low in stock for what I need. It's a huggeee target. However, they could do better at adding more hair products for kinky curly hair types cause I didn't see much. They have tons of anything you may need. The staff here pretty much mind there own business and are working the floor. You wont really find any of them asking you if you need help with anything, you would have to be the one to approach them for any help you need (typical of all targets). However staff is friendly to help. Pretty chill place to shop

Came here on a treasure hunt to find formula for my cousins preemie. Did you know that there are still difficulties finding this stuff? Anywho parking is fair to middling. The store is pretty large and it is two floors. Happy to have found what I needed, the only gripe that I had was there was not a cart to be found, which can be a problem when your on the hunt for goo gobs of formula.

This Target store is habitually under stocked. Shelf after shelf remains empty and you wonder why you made the trip. There are no options for cashier operated check out and only self checkout is available. This is discriminatory to people with disabilities or elderly people who are unable to navigate the self checkout. This store is sacrificing service and customer satisfaction for their bottom line.

WOW! Emily in the Ulta section was the most lovely helpful employee ever! So knowledgeable about beauty, skin care, and makeup. Thanks, Emily!

We had not been to the Wheaton Target in a while and apparently they have made a number of changes. You enter directly into the store from the door on the Costco parking lot side. The store seems larger, there is a Starbucks, the pharmacy is now a CVS, beauty includes a small Ulta section. I was trying to find a certain Christmas tree light string with no luck. I asked an Associate for help and next thing I knew I had three Associates trying to find my lights, even checking the stock room. I was on a mission to find my lights so didn't do a lot of exploring, but must say I'm interesting in going back to see what I missed.

We have been going to this Target since the day it opened because it is so close. It has always been plagued by lack of customer service, food well past expiration, and questionable practices. My wife once bought a pack of toothbrush heads which, upon opening, had all been used. We started going to the Target on Rockville Pike even though it was much less convenient. After the recent renovation, we decided to give the store minutes from our house another try. We spent an hour shopping on Saturday morning, but when we reached the self check-out area, there were no cashiers on duty, we saw a bunch of shoppers standing around looking angry. Word spread through the crowd that the internet was down and they were only able to accept cash. After a while, a woman that I recognized from over the years, came to the large group of shoppers saying that they weren't able to take credit cards. No apology. Couldn't they have said something before everyone spent their time shopping? I walked a cross the mall to withdraw $300 to pay cash for our purchases. On the way back, I received a message from my wife that the problem had been fixed. Great! We began scanning out items, and on the fourth item, got an error message. We waited patiently for the only person working in the area, and he came over frantically typing in code after code to reset the checkout. He began pulling items out of our bag demanding to know what the last item we rang up was. I explained that the item he had in his hand had already been rung up and he angrily said he only saw 3 items rung up but there were 4 in the bag. There was an accusatory tone in his voice which we didn't appreciate at all. He rung in the missing item and walked away without saying a word. Again, no apology of any sort. The very next item we scanned produced another error saying a team member would be right with us. My wife made eye contact with the manager who quickly turned and scampered away. We dumped the items we had rung back into our cart and walked out. We had lost an hour of our lives, and felt insulted. We are very patient people and any sort of apology from the staff for the inconvenience would have gone a long way to retaining our business, but there was never a hint of anything resembling empathy or apology. No amount of new lighting or fresh paint can break the entrenched apathetic culture of this location.

This store was extremely ridiculous! There remodel is nice and all but what good is a department store where I wanted to purchase things from their grocery section (upstairs) and electronic area (downstairs)? I was shopping to get all of my things needed for the week but their elevator or escalator with the holding cart system wasn't working! I wanted to shop from both places but they couldn't even provide any efficient customer service or anything! I ended up not getting anything I was just handled so poorly! I even asked for help finding a thermometer and I wasn't helped! Never shopping from there again!

Did a pick up Target Wheaton and this is not the first time and it's nasty. They don't check your items before giving to you. This looks like rat bites! 0 starts

This target is 2 stories, very large, inside Wheaton Plaza. However, there are no carts on the lower level, and while the stores close at 10 the lower level closes the mall door at 8 or earlier. The staff doesn't seem to know where anything is, and they haven't udpated the scanners to the kind that tell where things are located and how many are available. They usually don't work. Also they will direct you to an aisle only to find out that they meant the endcap, which isn't obvious. This is right near the subway line, which is good, and several buses, and the whole mall and movie theater plus several separate stores in the area.

This is the closest Target to my home. I'm often picking up groceries, home goods, personal care items and clothing here. I have had some very positive experiences with the employees at this store. When I was picking up a pending order my daughter made for my grandson's soccer shoes & soccer ball the ball was out out of stock. They separated the order for me. When the customer service employee saw me on the sales floor 15 minutes later she stopped me to say that they now have the ball. It was at the customer service counter when I was ready to check out with my groceries. I paid for everything there. It was so convenient! The people staffing the customer service counter here are so friendly, helpful and efficient. I haven't had a significant delay or a problem they couldn't solve. The same is true for the other employees that have helped me on the sales floor. Thank you for the great service! On top of this the store is clean, organized and kept well stocked. Until next time be kind to each other. #target #goodcustomerservice @yelpdc
