I would not recommend this T-Mobile store to anyone.I wish if I could rate their customer service zero ,especially the manager/ acting manager are unprofessional who try to make fun of their customers. If you go there for anything other than shopping, the staff are not happy to help.

Very poor customer service and he take my phone 12 pro max and he tall me they give me iPhone 15 so I m not going pay nothing because he take my phone and he make me pay all the price after he take my phones because they so bad customer service

This t-mobile location has a bad customer service. When you come in, no one greets you. They just pretend that they didn't see anyone, you have to go to them or find someone that might be able to assist you. I have to ask if there's a waiting list instead of them telling the customers that there is one and I am the one to tell them that I want to be on the list. Also, the bilingual woman who helped me was not a good representative. I asked if my phone that I ordered can be delivered to the store and she said no they can't do that but I just ordered a phone today and they can deliver the phone to that location. Also, she mentioned about the cost of the phone insurance, the insurance choices which are $18 or $14 dollars and must be paid at the time that I'm getting the phone. However, today, I found out that the insurance is a monthly charge not one time. She didn't specify the frequency of the insurance. Also, the manager doesn't even greet anyone. I mean I know you are taking care of customers but a simple "Hi" and "we will be there with you as soon as we can" most definitely wouldn't hurt! You all have a job because of us...The customers!!

2 visits, 1.5 hours wasted trying to upgrade a phone when the system mysteriously goes down. Staff was kind though.

I’ve been with T-Mobile for almost 7 years now. This store is the first one where I had a bad experience. I walked and stood near the door for 10 minutes without any acknowledging I was there. Several employees looked at me and said absolutely nothing. Extremely disappointing.

I have never had a good experience at ANY T mobile store in Silver spring or wheaton Md. They take forever to help customers, and when they finally "help" you they find any excuse to not help you unless your buying a new phone, or your a new customer. The hours aren't convenient, and they basically stop helping customers after 7pm..unless you're getting new service...complete trash..switching to AT&T

Great Services, hopefully, I pray in good spirits, this place like how many others in this so-called Nation's Capital or Chocolate City isn't going to end up being like how many other sneaky and conveying joints I've been consistently being forced to alone be deal with alone since this Trip first began, hacking into everything and silencing me for over a decade now, trying to make sure that going to get away with murder, like how in my opinion they've made sure to silencing McCarthy having how many Democrats standing in behind those who've made a point of discrediting and chasing him out of being Speaker?

I do not usually write down reviews, but this time I really want to. I was assisted by a lovely staff here, Jennifer, and she did an amazing job. I came to the store an hour before closing time and she managed to guide me so well and got me everything I needed. She is a wonderful communicator and a very helpful staff at T-Mobile. She even stayed over the closing time to help me out and let me out the store very satisfied with her services. She took care of what I needed and came for. Thank you Jennifer for all your services.

The customer service conveyed by Andrew, at the Silver Spring T-Mobile was fantastic and well above the call of duty! We were there for an iphone upgrade, as well as to purchase a new Apple tablet. The transition between devices was very prompt, efficient, and pleasant. Andrew is extremely resourceful and professional. His knowledge of the products, the T-Mobile service, and his six sense of the customers need compelled me to write this raving review. I will definitely return for all of our future T-Mobile in-store transactions and upgrades. Thanks again Andrew, Allen and the entire Silver Spring T-Mobile team!!!C.
