My mistake I went here and I notice there was no light, but there were lights in the pump so I entered my card and start to fill. While filling the lights turned on. After filling up and moved out, the gas level almost not moved up. I think this station's pump has a problem so be warned about this.

Went to buy a lottery ticket,Mega Millions. The guy behind the plate glass window said the door was locked closed and asked how may tickets. I didn't see any ticket forms a on the outside and told him 3. He told me the price. I gave him $6.00 and waited for him to give me the form for me to select my numbers. He then gave me three ticket receipts -- he had selected the numbers. When I told him that I wanted to pick my own and didn't want HIS numbers, he became rude, refused to refund my money or allow me to select my own numbers. I told him I would report his actions and he said he didn't care.

After changing the necessary parts, I returned to this location to do the inspection again, they told me that they were closed for Christmas and New Years and that they would only return on January 6th. The provisional license plate the dealer gave me expires December 31st. When I told the manager of the place about this problem, he replied with great indifference that I would have to wait with my license plate expired until they go back to work or I would have to pay a new inspection elsewhere. I think at the very least they should have told me about your vacation so I could have taken my truck elsewhere. If you want to catch Covid-19, go here. Their pumps do not work with credit cards, so I had to go inside the office to activate the pump. No one was wearing a mask. I requested that they put on masks and the cashier was rude and argumentative. Said that he would put on a mask. I asked him to do so then and he said, rudely, " I will, I will." But the mask did not come out and no vendors in the office were following the Montogmery County mandate. In fact, there was no sign about requiring masks. I will not go to another Sunoco gas station EVER again. This is not the first time that I have encountered terrible attitudes at Sunoco stations. So I will just buy gas elsewhere since there are many choices in within a small area in Aspen Hill. I will be reporting this station to Sunoco and the county.

Took my car in for safety inspection with 25,000 miles which I bought used. Inspector tells me it needs two new tires in the back because of dry rot and has a missing lug nut. Take my car to the tire shop got two new tires and the missing lug nut. Took it back. Inspector comes out, looks a the car while I'm filling up, to confirm the two new tires and the lug nut is there. Took him 2 minutes to visually inspect the two things were taken care of, and charges me $35 for reinspection!! For 2 minutes. He had told me just take care of the two things and it passes. Never told me He would charge me $35 dollars for 2 minutes. The law says a reinspection fee is allowed if he had to put the car up in the air or something. But 2 Minutes! No joke! The tire shop told me my tires were fine too, but I got new tires anyway, glad I did not get the tires from these guys. Complete THIEVES located at Aspen Hill Sunoco, 14031 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20906. They should have their inspection license revoked. They do not follow the law and Only there to take people's hard earned money. I am Latin, but these people give my race a bad name really. But we ain't all like that. Is like all races, there are good White people, and bad White people, there are good Black people and bad Black people. These guys at Sunoco are Unethical Thieves.

Absolutely DO NOT get an inspection here or get any work done here at all. They did not even do a full inspection, barely half of one. I know this because when I went to another place after they hadnt even removed certain parts to inspect them, and had put numbers completely off for these categories they skipped out on, put a measurement as 3inch or something and it was 7.5...... an absolute scam. They said I had a leak and broken wiper blades and that it would be 400+ to fix, spoiler alert there was no leak and the wiper blades were like 25 dollars when I left and bought new ones. They also got the VIN number wrong which meant that even if they had done an inspection it wouldve been completely invalid when taken to a registration office. They told me they would call me back with a more exact price and when to come in, and never ever did. I would recommend just about any other place over this one. They will 100% not preform a full proper inspection on your car and will instead charge you 100 to fail and it not check anything. Please go somewhere else, they are beyond subpar. Its a scam.

Beware- this gas station is dishonest. I had an absolute terrible experience with the cashier on 10/16 at 10am. I pushed regular and I noticed the button lit up once and then went dark but gas was flowing. No problem. When I got the receipt I noticed the price was $2.94, premium price. Worried, I went inside with the receipt. I explained my car has never taken premium and I was concerned that it shouldn't be mixed with regular (went to fill up on 1/4 of a tank). I couldn't finish my sentence without the cashier interrupting me to tell me I must have pushed the wrong button. I informed him of his cameras and we can see together if I pushed the "regular" button, but he dismissed this idea. I inquired whether I got premium or regular gas and he replied that it's not his fault and since the gas is already in the tank there's nothing he can do. He left the desk and walked away. So I'm left thinking I either paid $2.94 for regular gas OR they are out of regular gas and just didn't disclose it, so I got premium. Either way that's dishonest and a violation. I am mortified that this establishment tries to steal from their customers. But more upset that there was not even an effort made to accept any responsibility with receipt in hand. You'd think sharing the concern of whether your vehicle can accept premium gas would have at least encouraged this man to offer to help, or at the very least be helpful. I'm planning to avoid this gas station in the future and I suggest you might want to as well.

This place has some Great state of The art Digital Pumps and shrolter for pumping gas at the station for customers . The prices are reasonasble .Plus the customer service is always willing to hewlp no questions asked no hesitation . They always perform Above and Beyond the calls of Duty . This place has a shop mart / Customer Service office . Plus a Building for auto repair and maitainance updates . This is the best place tocome too for allyour gass and car repairs and maintainance needs around the Aspen Hill area . This place has shelteres State Of The Art Digital Gas Pumps That accepts Credit Cards and you have to pay cash as The Shop Mart / Customer Service area . Do not worry the prices here are very reasonable . There are Trash cans with Buckets with window wipers in them to clean your windshield on your cars . near the pimps. At The edge of The Driveways are Tire Air pimps to reinflate Your Tires when they get low and Your have to pay at the machines with Quarters Or go to the Customer Service area . They have a shop mart where yoyu casn get drinks snack foods newpapers , and a lot of other unique items In even coffes .They havea place to do emmissions and engine and inspections and tests, auto repairs such as lights , engines Tire rotations and more . They tell you what has been doine and what replacesments had to be done and bill you what you can afford and make sure you leave happy with the work they performed . They are very efficient, professional and friendly wirth all their services . I Know things haven't been as easy as they once were because of The Pandemic , Law Enfrocement & Religious Scandals That ravaged The Entire United States Leaving Us to Live In Fear , Terror , Paranoia, Distrust , Ignorance , Hatred , And Division Worse Than Ever Before In Our History . But this is njot whoi we are nor represent as American United States Citizens .
