Walfred is such a pro at his job. he was very patient and also made sure that majority of these stubborn stains were removed. He did an excellent job! Use the company and use Walfred! The only complain i have is that when i called the company, they didn’t mention that there will be an extra cost for shampooing. i think it will be great if they are able to say that before the day off but overall it was an excellent job done.

Was very happy with the service the day of even though it turns out i needed more a expensive service when the rep got there to clean the high traffic areas. However after the carpet dried it was cleaner but still has visbile dark spots so not the results I was looking for. I thought getting my carpet deep cleaned would make it look like new but it still doesn't. The Technician was great, gave thorough explanations and professional.

I've used a few carpet cleaning services before and they were nothing like what I experienced with this company. Their customer service was responsive and they scheduled a carpet steam cleaning service on a day that was convenient for me. Overall, the experience and final results were great.

When I filled out the form online requesting a quote, I received it right away and then someone called to book the appointment. I was able to get an appointment the very next day.
