My very first time at this location and it will definitely be the last. If I can rate this place 0, I will definitely do so. Terrible customer service. I asked the lady for a cup for water and she REFUSED. I politely return my order (thank goodness I haven’t pay for the second order yet) and am never going back.

I made an order through the app and ordered 3 subs which 2 were the exact same but the third one had non-spicy things because I am currently breastfeeding, the lady working gave me 3 of the exact same subs and when I went back to the store with the un eaten sandwich and explained it to her she got rude and tried arguing back trying to say that she made them correctly and embarrassing me in front of other customers acting like I was complaining for no reason and when she asked me to point out which order I was talking about it’s like she didn’t understand what I was trying to tell her, she made it a big deal about making my correct order and rudely threw the sandwich I have back away and made my sandwich the correct way but with a nasty attitude, throwing the toppings or what not. I paid for my food, she didn’t give me my food for free. Worst customer service ever.

HIRE MORE WORKERS!!!! Y'all really had one poor lady during the start of a ducking lunch rush?!?!?The service was great and so was the food. She's doing a great job considering the amount of pressure i can imagine she's under... I felt so bad for how overworked she must be. She was fast and on top of everything but dude- one human being can only do so much!!!! Give whoever served me a raise and more help...

The subway 12335 Georgia Ave silver spring Md, one of the best subway. They are very clean and good to eat there with family. Their vegetables quality is fresh. They are backing bread every day and fresh smell when you enter the store. I recommend whoever like subway visit the store.

Bottom of the barrel. Awful business...would not honor a valid advertisements, poor customer service. Customer is never right. Language is rarely a barrier to good people doing good business, however, these are neither good people nor sound businesspeople! Never never go to this location!! Spend your money elsewhere. Vultures of the community!
