Dr. Seyoum has been treating me for a total knee replacement, and back spasms. He is very attentive and thorough. I could not have made a better choice for treatment. Further, he provides personal care to every patient.

Dr. seyoum was the best therapist I've been to, I work in the medical field with different medical professionals and I must he was by far the best person I've encounter for therapy.. I had really bad plantar fasciitis and went to an array of doctors to try and take care of it but had no luck until I went to springs physical therapy. Dr Seyoum offered Shockwave therapy for it and I must say I saw an immense relief of pain within the 3rd treatment by the end of my therapy my pain was completely gone and I'm now 5yrs out since therapy and the pain has not come back. I've also been using appropriate shoes of course and following the recommendations he made as well. I highly recommend him.

Today was my first session. I was impressed by Dr. Seyoum’s gentle, easy going style and personal involvement in my care. A much better experience than the PT ”factories”. While PT is never easy or comfortable, I’m glad I’ll be coming back to Springs Physical Therapy. .

Wow! What a different experience from other physical therapists. I was treated with care, patience, compassion, and understanding. I left my first appointment energized with an action plan. I can’t wait for my next appointment. These guys are the real deal.

Dr. Negassi Seyoum delivers highly personalized treatment therapies tailored to your individual health concerns and needs. He is very attentive. He listens to you. I mean he REALLY listens to you and pays close attention to your non-verbal cues as well. What makes him stand apart from other physical therapists? That's easy. He is empathetic and CARING. These are two rare qualities you cannot fake. You either possess them or you do not.Dr. Negassi Seyoun is patient-centered and puts your needs ahead of the needs of his medical practice. This means you will not get treated as a "number" or made to feel like you are part of a long assembly line of patients that receive only minimal attention before you are rushed out the door to make room for the next patient!Dr. Seyoun merits 5 stars in all categories. His professional staff is top-notch in all respects. Like Dr. Seyoun, Almaz and Carmen pay close attention to EVERY aspect of your treatment plan and will closely monitor your recovery. You will find them extremely courteous and highly professional. They know their business inside and out and will see to it that your recovery goes smoothly. In my opinion, Dr. Seyoun's professional staff also merit 5 stars.

Honestly the best physical therapy experience I’ve ever had. My body holds a lot of trauma, meaning there were times where stretching my neck meant I would be crying for no discernible reason. I would not have been able to even do physical therapy if not for the kindness and safety they cultivate in the office. The place isn’t too big so I’m hesitant to write this review knowing it might make it harder for me to get an appointment. But they deserve all the 5star reviews because dr Seyoum and his staff have truly created something very special.

From start to finish the lady greeting me could have not been any more emphatic or more kind to me. THANK YOU!She continuously kept cleaning/sterilizing equipment being used by a chamber full of patients.The good Doctor was exemplary, kind and detailed in his examination, in describing exercises (demonstrating a crucial point - my right knee being higher off the pad than my left knee) and in answering every question I had. I knew exactly where I stood (pun intended) at the end of my visit.Not just that, Dr. Seyoum had to check me out personally at departure time he and expressed concern that my copay appeared to be slightly higher than average. I didn’t bring it up. The good doctor did.THANK YOU, SIR!

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is kind, respectful and helpful. Dr. Seyoum is beyond exceptional. I would recommend this team in a heartbeat. Although I’m just getting started with my therapy, I know I’m in good hands and I will be stronger as a result. Thank you to Dr. Seyoum and the entire team at Springs Physical Therapy!!

My father has been coming here for a few weeks now and I can attest that he’s receiving the best care. Dr. Seyoum and his team are great. They give him their undivided attention and are very patient with him. I would definitely recommend this facility.

The staff was very positive and welcoming, and the doctor even offered me some coffee when I mentioned I hadn't had time to make my own that morning. The doctor was calm and understanding, which very much helped foster a healing environment.

Dr. Seyoum is a friendly and personable physical therapist. The clinic can get busy at times, but only because he is in such high demand. It’s easy to book with them and the receptionist is patient and helpful as well.The environment is clean and he explained to me clearly the exercises I needed to do and how often.
