When calling the auto park service location the customer service is very poor. When speaking to reception it sounded like they didn’t want to take my call or answer any questions. When I got transferred to parts I had the same experience. It like person the phone just wanted to get off the phone. The customer service had truly gone down and I am very disappointed.
9/3/24: thanks for taking my call this afternoon Gibbs. I appreciate you listening and being receptive to the feedback that was given. It made me feel reassured and that my feedback will not go by the wayside.

Just bought our second used Honda within 12 months from Haby Ly at Sport Honda. Haby is communicative, efficient, and knowledgeable about the used auto market. We are very happy to have two reliable cars (a 2022 CR-V and a 2018 Fit) for our family. We would recommend the Sport Honda dealership to anyone looking for a quality, reliable used car.

Had a great sales experience. Mike was very patient with me and explained everything thoroughly. He answered all my questions and was very kind and approachable. Mohammed in the finance department was also very kind and very patient with me. He also explained thoroughly everything that I was purchasing and all of my finest options. Even staff that did not directly play a role in my purchase were very friendly. I felt comfortable and confident in my buy and felt no pressures at all. Even with follow up the staff were extremely approachable. Highly recommend this dealership!

We recently visited Sport Honda in Silver Spring to buy either a new or pre-owned vehicle for the first time in many years. Versus the old high-pressure sales tactics, they were courteous throughout and followed our lead and questions. Through texts and then a second visit, we worked with five of their various staff who patiently explained the pre-owned Certification process, financing and extended warranty options for the older Honda Odyssey van with low mileage we ultimately purchased. We walked through the CarFax report for our vehicle together with our salesperson. A couple of minor problems after taking delivery were corrected immediately at no charge. We also had a solid visit to CarMax in our pre-owned car search but this was better and more personal. We're very happy with our "new" old Honda van and recommend checking out Sport Honda!

Was looking for a a blue Honda Accord, but none of my online searches yielded anything so decided to stop by to check. Sales staff were great in securing a trim of what I was looking for and gave me a good discount. Friendly. low pressure sales, great communication, very easy process in purchasing a car and their service section was very clean and efficient looking. Would recommend buying your future Honda from here.

Thaiz was wonderful, funny, sweet and knowledgeable! We started at Chevy buy did not find what we were looking for so she expanded our options at the Honda store! We met the sales manager Josh and finance manager Josue. They were very helpful and kind! I will definitely go back to Thaiz to buy my next vehicle. Highly recommend Sport Honda and their staff!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Honda CRV Hybrid from Sport Honda on Automobile Boulevard, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. He took the time to understand my expectations and needs, carefully reviewing my profile as a returning customer. His in-depth knowledge of the vehicles, combined with his genuine care for helping me make an informed decision, made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We had an appt at 10:30 and we showed up 5 minutes early. The person we were supposed to meet was busy so we waited for 30 minutes… we then asked if someone could check how long it would be before she would be available. We were then approached by Josh who introduced himself as a sales manager. He proceeded to tell us they didn’t have any of the vehicle we were there to see and they’d have to inquire with another location if we wanted to see the vehicle. He wouldn’t give us any pricing information and was very reluctant to help at all.
We then asked to see a Honda pilot and he pointed to the one in the lobby, came across as very reluctant to help us, and was basically useless. We left and went to Mazda next door and Ourisman Honda in Laurel. We bought a car that day, and both of the other car dealerships we visited were miles above Honda Sport Silver Spring as far as customer service. By far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had when buying a car.
They even texted me later that day saying thank you for visiting and coming in to look at the vehicle for which we weren’t even able to see. What a joke of a place.

Jonathan in sales took us through the entire process. He was patient and calm. We test drove a bunch of cars and were on the fence about buying used or new. Jonathan was informative and unbiased with his opinions and ultimately helped us make the right choice for us. Josue in financing was also very helpful and personable. He explained our options and was respectful and kind during the process. This was our second purchase from Sport Honda and we are so glad we made the choice to come back. We will continue to come back time and time again.

We went to Sport Honda about 2 weeks ago to test drive a Honda CRV. A sales person named Jonathan came out to assist us and his personality was dry and unwelcoming as if he was just going through the motions. We were trying to decide between a Honda and Toyota and decided to go with the Darcars Toyota. Where they were welcoming and friendly.
