Went in for a scheduled 140k miles recommended service + dashboard warning light assesssment and multi-point inspection. Eddie Graham reviewed my request, completed the necessary paperwork and, pronptly, got my vehicle in the bay. Eddie kept me informed, as well as made any necessary recommendations, throughout the process. My vehicle always handles better after being serviced at SPORT.

I'd like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for Shawn Dickens who helped me purchase a pre-owned 2023 Hellcat Jailbreak as an out of state buyer. From first contact over the phone Shawn was very helpful, personable and honest. He went above and beyond to help disclose the condition of the car and as an out of state buyer he was attentive to my questions and concerns. Most importantly, Shawn created a low pressure sales environment which is hard to find these days. When we flew in Shawn also went above and beyond to text me directly as needed, personally pick us up from the airport and finalize the deal all on his day off! Hard working guy who truly cares for his customers. I've seen it all in the automotive world and I can say Shawn is a true asset for Sport Chevrolet.
I'd like to thank Vince for the deal we made on the car as well. During financing they got me the same rates they originally estimated and because the financing office was so casual and low pressure at Sport Chevrolet I actually ended up purchasing GAP insurance and I'm someone who normally never purchases finance add ons.
Being located in south Florida and having to deal with scummy dealerships, my experience with Shawn and the team at Sport Chevrolet was a breath of fresh air to say the least. Very sincere team of people. Thanks Shawn for getting us into one of our dream cars!
