I struggle to write this review because this dealership is owned and operated by a great guy. He truly cares about every single customer and will reach out to you if there is an issue. So for this review I'm just going to explain my experience today. I had an appointment at 9 for a transmission flush and oil change. I was on time and at 12:00 I found out that the work would cost twice as much, which wasn't in my budget. So I wanted to leave only to find out it would be another hour before my vehicle would be ready. No respect for my time and when I expressed my frustration I was told "look we are busy today". Sorry this was the last straw for me.

I 100 percent recommend this dealership. T was our car seller and was just AMAZING ! Amazing customer service , friendly and Very professional. If you need to purchase a car definitely go to T . Also Joshua the finance manager was amazing as well everything went smoothly . Mrs.P was amazing as well she really made us feel comfortable and was very helpful. They truly care about their customers. We definitely left SATISFIED!! Thank You for being great with us,Marie & Miguel

Do not use this business if you need your car repaired in a timely manner. Every time I drop my car off I have had to be aggressive just to even get any information. They will forget all about you. They also do not return calls. I have been waiting over a month for a return call.The owner reached out to me and he is going to follow-up on the status of my vehicle. I really appreciate the communication.

Such a seamless, enjoyable buying experience. Jim Churchill was a pleasure to work with and was a wealth of knowledge, from the vehicles to the history of the brand which was of no surprise given his decades of dedication to the brand from service to now sales. Rodolfo in finance was honest, kind, and efficient while Kramer in management was humorous and a great team lead. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Update:Gibbs, the owner, called this morning and gave me the opportunity to discuss my complaint which I really appreciated. He said the next time I have an issue with my car to call him directly which diffused the tension I was feeling about the whole situation.--I have had mixed reviews with the service department over the years. Recently, I brought my car in for a fuel leak issue. Near the end of the drop-off day the service manager called to say the technician hadn't seen my car and would look at it the next day. Ok fine. So the next day comes around and I hear nothing. I called and was told the service manager wasn't in, meaning there hadn't even been a diagnostic and that I'd have to wait another day. So the following day, I hear nothing. I text them and hear nothing. I call and they say the service manager is with a customer, he'll call back. He doesn't call back. I call back again and he's gone for the day. So this morning i went and picked up my car and took it to another mechanic. During the process of returning my keys, the service manager tells me that he didn't call me because the tech hadn't looked at it yet and didn't know when he would look at it. Ok, so you're going to hang onto my car for nearly 4 days and I'm just supposed to wait around without a clue as to what's going on? Just not the kind of service I was expecting. Communicating with a customer shouldn't be optional.

Got a flat tire on my Blazer fixed here. Good service! Their waiting area is roomy, and I was able to remotely work while I waited for my car.I was also able to sell one of our cars here for a surprisingly great price!

I own a 2016 SRX that I had been having problems with ever since I purchased the vehicle. My headlights (low beams) were so dim that I could barely see the road to drive at night, and I would many times have to drive with my high beams on.I took my vehicle to two different places. A dealer in Glen Burnie- who said they would order and install aftermarket parts but could not guarantee the new lights would work after being installed. I checked out another dealer in Bowie, MD who said I would need to drop the car off and leave it for two days- gave me an appointment which said that I owned a "2016 Spark"- REALLY!!! He could of just slapped me in the face to tell me that he didn't care about me and my service needs. So, I went home, frustrated, got on my computer and found Sport Cadillac.The lady I spoke to when I explained my problem was very nice and polite- She even seemed like she cared! She got me in the next morning at 8:00 am. Brian Castelian my Service Advisor took very good care of me. Apparently, the exterior housing unit seals were worn out which caused damage to the internal lighting components, so they had to take out the whole light fixture on both the driver & passenger side and install a brand-new light assembly set. It was a bit expensive, more than I would have cared to spend, but my safety has no price tag on it. So, I am grateful that Sport Cadillac could fix it. Brian was very polite, understanding, and listened to what my problem was and had me in & out by 10:30 am with brand new lights. As I was waiting, the owner even came out, introduced himself, and offered us (those that were in the waiting room) bottled water and breakfast bars! So polite, so professional these people are. Later that evening I took the vehicle out to test my new lights and I was very delighted! The new lights on my vehicle lit up the street like a Christmas tree light show. I love them! Thank you, Sport Cadillac-I, will definitely be returning for all of my vehicle repair needs. You guys are awesome!

The service here was great my service advisor was Jesse. He communicated with me regarding my vehicle the whole time it was with them. From the receptionist to the service team to my oil change it was excellent service. I really appreciate Sports Cadillac for a good experience because I left another dealership where my experience with was absolutely horrible and I will never go back to them. Thanks Sports Cadillac!

I don't have much to add to those reviewers who have pointed out the market adjustment nonsense, notwithstanding GM warning dealers against it. When I first visited this dealership they were much more straight up (or so they seemed). I even had a good experience with Jim, one of their sales managers (who is actually on the Cadillac side). But then the market adjustments started to show up on their prices and that was that. I understand that a lot of dealers are playing this market adjustment game so I don't want to single out Sports Chevrolet as if they're the only ones doing it. But as consumers, we won't stop getting ripped off until we stop rewarding dealerships for playing those games.

Was in a position where I had to replace a vehicle. I primarily buy used. I went to Sport Chevrolet in Silver Spring, MD. I live on Northern Virginia and the traffic was crazy that day. I called the used car manager Vince and told him I was stuck in traffic. He said, "I can stay late or we can reschedule." I told him I'd be there. He and a salesman Randy stayed. I looked at 2 vehicles, drove one and bought it. It was a great deal as well...a 2019 Malibu that turned over to 9,000 miles on the test drive.They processed my trade, paperwork, and everything in no time. I highly recommend them. No games, no smoke and mirrors, no bait and switch. Business the old fashioned way. 10 out of 10.

This is the worse place that I have ever gone. I bought my 2019 Cadillac at the Greenbelt Location, but they unfortunately closed so I was referred to this place. I brought the car and told them that it was making a noise, and that the noise was coming from the left front tire. Carlos the representative told me that when the cars get old start to make noises. (Really a 2019 Cadillac with only 25k miles) (This was in February 2022) I brought the car again in August, the noise had gotten worse. I left the car for 3 weeks. They didn't even bother to answer my calls or returned them. We went to the place my husband spoke with the manager. The manager said he was going to take care of it. He supposedly did. They called us to pick up the car. The manager guarantee that the noise was no longer there. I drove the car home and notice the noise I called the dealer. Carlos did not want to take my calls. Then call back again and asked to speak with any representative, finally I was able to reach someone. I requested a number from different Cadillac location it was given to me, and I took the car to Bethesda. Customer service the best, mechanics amazing. They fix the issue in a matter of one day. And my car's warrantee covered for it. In Silver Spring they were not only able to fix the issue, but I also had to pay them for doing nothing they just wasted my time. Very bad location. Not going back ever again.
