Ordered a quality medical bed from these folks. The process was smooth and professional in stark contrast to the utter incompetence from competing medical supply companies in the area. 10 out of 10.

Superlative service when we needed it most! My husband was barred from reentering the Regency Care nursing home where he had been for three months after we took him for assessments. We were completely unprepared for him to be home. I called Spectrum late in the afternoon on a Tuesday and spoke to a very helpful lady. As promised they searched inventory for an appropriate ramp; a gentleman called Tuesday to tell me he had found one. On Wednesday two gentlemen delivered and set up a rental hospital bed, lift chair, ramp, rolling tray and wheel chair . They were efficient, completely professional and cheerful. The prices are reasonable. I recommend Spectrum without reservation.

Cait was super helpful, outlining all the requirements for getting a hospital bed for my Mom at home and patiently working with the Doctor's office to ensure the right documents were provided.

Visiting my wheelchair bound 87 year old Uncle and found that his 5 year old cushion had disintegrated and he was sitting all day on a folded bath towel. Also, the footrest on his manual wheelchair was too long for his leg. Paid a visit to Spectrum for assistance. What a great find for our immediate needs. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was showed a variety of cushions that would meet his seating and positioning needs. Never was there pressure to purchase an upgraded expensive cushion. The CEO, Steve Ackerman, dropped everything and personally worked efficiently to shorten the footrest. I would highly recommend Spectrum Medical for any of your medical supply needs.

After a mix-up about delivery of a hospital bed for my handicapped daughter, the CEO of Spectrum, Steve, was most apologetic and managed to fix all the problems with alacrity. I am very impressed with his good will. Seems the company has been around for a long time and values its reputation and efficiency. Dealing with all the stipulations of the government (Medicare & Medicaid) in securing medical devices for patients is NOT easy. Commendations are in order.

My wheelchair developed a frozen wheel on a Friday morning. i called Spectrum but their service people had all left for the day. Nevertheless, the manager came to my house after about an hour and quickly and cheerfully fixed the problem. Service couldn't have been better.

The worst service ever Spectrum Medical gave me the run around for 90 days all i needed was a replacement seat for my power chair.Spectrum medical blamed Medicare competitive beading on not helping me.My next step is "Congress" woman Eleanor Holmes Norton,advocate for the disable.feb.7,2017
