Wonderful experience with Ramon. My original engagement ring setting broke and several other jewelers could not find a suitable replacement or tried to get me to purchase what they had in stock. Ramon listened and worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for. He took the time to give me options and configured the setting to fit my original stones perfectly. The price was better than the other jewelers and it took less time than originally estimated. Thank you Ramon. I will definitely be back for future jewelry needs.

My wife, the jewelry lover, was very satisfied with this business. Did not expect a quality jeweler in my neck of the woods, but upon arrival they fixed two items for free and gave very good advice on the others, some repaired. Bravo!

I cannot recommend Silver Spring Jewelry enough! The owners and staff are experts and so helpful. My husband got earring set there and they fixed my very delicate necklace that had broken. We will be doing all of our jewelry purchases and repair there.

Every time I go here I get something engraved. The staff are amazing. To make engraving easier, make sure you bring in a black and white design for them to scan. If you don’t have the design with you, if it’s a simple one they can draft up one for you. All in all amazing customer service. I’ve had the inside of a ring and a zippo lighter engraved here.

Absolutely phenomenal jewelry! Ramon is educated, courteous, accommodating & professional. I ordered a custom engagement ring in which I needed it prior to an upcoming trip where I planned to propose. Ramon not only assisted in making sure all of the specifications were correct, when I was in the Maryland area and the ring was ready yet he didn't have it in hand he personally went to retrieve it so I can be on my way.Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable.I will 100% recommend!

I can't believe these clowns are still in business. Owner sold my Mom an "18k gold aquamarine " it was neither a bracelet that wasn't gold either, neither piece was stamped. I did try to legally pursue this issue but he was incarcerated. Karma
