When I first walked into Silver Spring Jewelry on Georgia Avenue 2 years ago, I was with my brother and had no interest in making any purchases at that time, but was impressed with the customer service my brother received by Ramon and his staff. Two months ago I returned looking for a gift, and was again pleased with the excellent customer service, and the fine selection of jewelry. I returned last week with my fiance to have a ring guard adjuster installed for her ring and a diamond replaced in my ring. We both were pleased with the warm and inviting atmosphere, and the wisdom of Ramon when it comes to his passion for Jewelry. Needless to say, we have found a jewelry home, and look forward to many more years with Ramon and his staff. Highly recommended.

I wish Ramon was my pops he is the best, I be been knowing him from the “80’s and I always wish I had a father like this man. It’s funny because he’s always been fair flashing and about his money . Everything he touches, turns into gold ?️ and diamonds? he’s a good blessed Man ????

Ramon is so kind and gracious, as are all of the staff members here. I came in to get some diamonds replaced on a ring of mine and my ring was returned looking good as new. Also, even though the replacement cost more than the estimate, Ramon only ended up charging me the original amount. I cannot recommend this shop enough if you are needing jewelry repaired or if you are looking for a piece of fine jewelry.

I have been going to Silver Spring Jewelry since 1980. Ramon Sr took my design for my engagement ring and made the most beautiful and original gold with diamonds set of rings. I always shop for fine jewelry at Silver Spring Jewelry. If they don't have it, they will locate for you.Thank you Ramon for making me feel like family.

ATENCIÓNDon Ramon gracias por su gran vocación de vendedor tramposo y de mala fe, veo que su labor como siempre dice, es enredar a la gente, tratarlos lindos para cuando le den su confianza punnn llévelo, me enredo que le metiera diamantes de 3 puntos a mis anillos, y usted me le puso de 2 puntos ese es la primera trampa, la segunda fue soldar mal mi penda que solo me duro 15 dias cuando usted me dijo que me daba garantía de toda la vida .y ahora vea. Incumplió con los tiempos de entrega mal mal y ahora me trato de ladrón que disque yo fui donde un joyero y le quité los diamantes, solo porque le quise hacer un reclamo de mal trabajo me gustaría saber a cuantas personas les ha pasado lo mismoPero tranquilo que el que obra de mala fe de mala fe le llueve sus bendiciones

I purchased a bracelet as a gift for my niece, it had turned out she already had a similar bracelet and they didn't like the style of the one we bought. So we called the business and asked if we could return it as it was engraved. They told us we could return it but it would have to be within 2 business days if we wanted to get our money back otherwise we would only get store credit. I said that this was fine and I would be coming by today in order to return it so I could get the full refund. I made it into the store which is an hour away from my house so that I could get the refund and then they told me that they couldn't give me my money back and that I would have to wait 2 days for someone to come in and talk with them about me returning it in order to reach a conclusion and at that point I would only be able to get store credit and that wouldn't work for me as I have no need for jewelry. I got ripped off and they don't want to give me the refund I was promised over the phone.

I had a piece of jewelry updated. Ramon and his staff were professional friendly courteous and helped me decide on the new design for my heirloom piece. Their prices were better than other Jewelers in the area. I would highly recommend Silver Spring Jewelry.

"took my watch in for a new battery took over twenty mins in the back.. while they were trying to talk me up about trading in my watch for a new watch but i like my watch... just left the shop now the watch doesn't work and stem fell out..... what did they do to my watch .. won't go back there again" original post "Ramon the owner got hold of me and said he will make sure that I am taken care of" his advice was for me to send my watch to the manufacturer to get it fixed... it wasn't broken before i took it to get a new battery at his shop..... very disappointed
