I have loved having this service since the very first day they dropped off a big bag of fresh clean diapers!! I wanted the joy of reusable diapers without the chore of having to wash and dry them myself. It was easy to get enrolled and they were very communicative via text and email. It’s a great service to have, especially in the early months. The diapers are very high quality and never leaked ??????

I have LOVED using Silver Spring Diaper Service!! My husband and I really wanted to use reusable diapers to be environmentally conscious but I was NOT thrilled about having to wash a ton of diapers on top of take care of a newborn and heal from giving birth! Enter SSDS! Our friends and family were able to easily get us gift certificates for the service and we called and emailed with them before I gave birth to set up the service. Every week they would drop fresh diapers off and we would set out the old ones to be picked up. They billed us automatically every two weeks. It was seamless. We are moving abroad so we can't continue the service but it was lifesaving especially for the earliest months. Also my baby almost never had any leaks! Like I can count on one hand how many leaks she had in the many months we used this service. They are high quality diapers. I highly recommended them!

I highly recommend Silver Spring Diaper Service. This small business is personal, helpful, and has given the very best customer service I've ever received. I am a new mom and wanted to use cloth diapers on my baby but didn't want to deal with washing them. This service provides weekly drop-off and pick-up of cloth diapers, as they exchange the dirty for the clean, and also provides literally everything you need to cloth diaper. I emailed Sharon, the owner, and we exchanged several emails as she answered all my questions in detail. Her responses were warm, informative, and encouraging. Her business not only provides the material and services, but information and this informal coaching as well! The material arrived a few weeks before baby arrived so I could practice on a teddy bear to get comfortable with the material. I sent pictures and she provided feedback and tips. You truly cannot get better customer service than this company. Even better, it is a local service provided by a mom who has been through this journey. I cannot recommend them enough.

It's only been a week but we are so happy with this service already. It's a family business and they are so incredibly helpful and responsive - from answering questions to dropping off extra diapers mid week because we were using more than we thought.Cloth diapers are not nearly as intimidating as one might think, especially when someone else is doing the dirty work.

Love this service!!We wanted to use cloth diapers but just weren’t sure where to start, it was so confusing. Also, the thought of having to deal with washing and sanitizing them was just too much, so we looked for a service and are so happy we did. They make everything so simple and convenient, which was exactly what we needed with a newborn! Highly Recommend.

Great service we used while living in DC! Absolutely loved being able to use cloth diapers, but not actually having to deal with the labor that comes with them.
