One of the worst moving companies I have ever had the misfortune of working with. Incredibly rude and condescending, took over two weeks for them to deliver my goods, patronized me after they were over 4 days late, threatened to take my items away after pulling up and demanding additional money that was not discussed. They damaged my apartment after I told them an item would not fit down the stairs, refused to take items causing me a significant loss. Save your money and send it else where or you will be scammed and have you documents forged. Absolute terrible company. They said $50 a day for being late but I am never seeing that money. They charge you $50 a box but dont tell you until they show up and demand money. Absolute scumbags, every single employee there.

COMPANY IS A SCAM. My move started at 8:41 and ended at 12:28pm. as you can see in the invoice they charged me for 5 hours + 1 hour travel (which was agreed on) at a rate of $115 p/hour. my total charge on my bank account was $846. They refuse to acknowledge that they overcharged me for time even though the math is basic at best. They also charged me $116 for packing material which included rolls of plastic/tape for beds and some wooden furniture. This cost was not disclosed to me. in the agreement it does say mattresses and box springs must be covered but nothing about wooded furniture which they went tape happy with just to charge me more. My total charges including moving, travel time, and material should be $666. 3hrs and 47 min move time = $345 + $90 + $116 (material) + $115 (travel time) = $666... and then they tried to tell m the difference is because there's a 5% fee for using a debit card which is illegal. such BS.Service: Local moving
