There is no restroom for paying customers. Squeegee containers were dry with no cleaner. This location needs to go unbranded. Not up to the Shell standard.

Used pump 1 here and literally watched my meter drop. A full tank of gas half gone in 2 days and I barely went anywhere. I made a mistake coming here because I didn’t feel like driving further to Royal Farms or Sam’s Club (where I usually go).

This place is so janky. I got a discount from Giant and gave the enough money for a full tank. When my tank was halfway full, the gas stopped pumping. I was refunded some cash but lost my coupon discount. Left with my tank halfway full. This happened TWICE already where I lost money even without a discount. I’m never coming back here again

Empty your vacuums. U have no idea how much I needed the vacuum. Luckily I used my card..and I'm disputing the charges. When u don't stay after your vacuum pump it won't suck the dirt off. Now u know. And this is the rating your deserve. Because your staff are lazy

This is another one of my favorite gas stations in the White Oak Area. This is called Shell Gas Station . It has some great gas pumps that accept credit cards , Tire air pumps . The prices for gas and all are very reasonable . Plus it has a great place where it does auto car repairs and car inspections on tires brakes and more . They do a very thorough job of it . They have a very good professional team that tells you all and gives you options that is suitable to you depending on your budget . They have small convenience store on the inside too with candies and sodas , plus can parts and oils and more . You can pay outside or inside the station window . Plus near the trash cans they have window cleaner for the cars too that people can all use . This is a highly recommended place to come . So come down and enjoy a unique experience i hope you will not forget anytime soon .

Yelp has asked me, via email, to rate Shell. Ok. This is a gas and service station. I go here for gas. The gas seems to be expensive, but not overly out of line with prices in the general area. The station has three entrances. One is almost a blind entrance and takes you up a hill and around a pot hole. The second is east to see and navigate. The third is off the highway and when they are busy it can slow down traffic. Most people that use this station are not thoughtful in their gas line choice,making the area around the pumps a bit of an obstacle. The little store has is small and has less than many gas station stores but if you need an expensive drink or unhealthy snack at inflated gas station prices, you can find something. I haven't used the service area, so I will leave no comments regarding that aspect of the business. The staff is friendly, enough and the gas runs my car. Good enough.
