BIG SCAM STATION should be the name. The cashier ran a scam on me. He told me the pump I was at could only fill up $20 but I had to pay inside. I paid with my debit card. I went back to the pump and nothing happened. He stated, he put it on the "incorrect" pump. I said I want my $20 refunded. He said, ok put your card in. He then proceeded to charge an additional $20. I'm out $40 and the shell corporation will not help since it's independently owned by someone that will more than likely never sort this out. Go to Exxon, or BP. I will never use a shell station for any of my vehicles.

Station does bait and switch with Fuel Rewards. You plug in your account, it tells you that you have your rewards off and then defaults to full price.

This station forgot how to run a business. They close the inside at peak hours while kids are running around the inside. No hours of operation are posted so there’s that. Meanwhile the pumps are never ever able to print receipts so I have to wait in line outside behind a customer ordering 8 drinks that the teller keeps getting wrong lol

I'm a local, and I have my choice of local garages, but these guys take care of me. They give me what I need, and nothing that I don't, and their prices are the best.

I came here and was here at 5:20. The shop said they closed at 5:30. I explained that I was injured, just wanted my oil changed on my way to my appointment and the manager, Wilfredo, still would not do my oil change. How long does it really take to change oil? That’s the type of service I get? I am not happy at all.

Took car in to get md state inspection. I bought the car knowing that the brake pads were low, but still ok for a few months (per a mechanics review). I was charged for the MD State Inspection, but it failed. Reasons, given, brake pads were too low (but the mechanic here at the shell did say they were close to being unacceptable) PLUS the never fail (always fail and inspection) the windshield wipers, which also had passed the inspection at the other mechanic I went to before purchasing the vehicle.Long story short, this place wanted to charge me $300 for the brake pad replacement + $80 for the wipers. He said the wipers failed because per the MD state inspection, the wipers should be able to go back and forth 5 times without smudging. I had visually inspected the wipers, no cracks or dry rot. I also did this test of his and I was able to get smooth clean results after letting them run for 10 times back and forth.Bottom line, the BP across the street seems to be more honest. I would recommend going there for any mechanical issues. As far as the prices of the gas go, if you have Giant rewards, then of course use them here ;-)

Gas is going back up you guys! Well to pre-covid prices. Still cheaper than some other stations (including other Shell locations) at least by 10 cents/gallon! I generally use Shell where I can redeem my Giant reward points. Apparently Dunkin Donuts also offers discounts now at Shell! Busy area and it can be difficult getting back onto Georgia Avenue so be careful!
