I was going to put one star but I'm putting two because the girl at the end was really nice to me when I got there there's was only me and one other costumer were walking around for about five minutes while the three employees were at the front talking and laughing so I walked up and asked yh if they were going to help us with a little attitute but the heavyset employee talked back with attitude and refused to help me and walked away saying “ you can deal with her “ to her other co worker and then I went to the front and it took 10 minutes for somebody to check me out

Do yourself a favor and go to a real Sephora. Stock/variety is not as available. Employees aren't knowledgeable and act like u are bothering them. Perhaps go only if u know exactly what u want (need a restock) and if its a popular item. Overall no thanks

Sephora inside Kohls is convenient. Able to grab most things you would want from a makeup store. This location also has plenty parking. Plus the kohl’s is great because you can do a one stop shop. Drop off your amazon return and grab household items such as pillows or chairs. Definitely a nice plaza to check out

After reading all the bed reviews, I still went here only to be ignored and not asked if I needed help . I spent about 10 minutes looking desperately while I kept getting ignore, not even a hi . Then what made it worst is that the lady with the piercing was yelling at the lady for putting the wrong email, she said “don’t make it seem like it’s my fault when you didn’t put the right email” I was appalled ? yall sucks

I love this place! I was worried because of the other reviews but when I went in, the girls were amazing. This one girl helped me find my PERFECT foundation. Went out her way to get the color of my favorite concealer in the back stock room (yes they can do that.. hint) . I like this location. Had a great experience.

If I can’t rate this place 0 stars I would walk in this place nobody spoke but then I went to start shopping ALL EYES ON ME!!! I Grab a shopping bag because I needed 5 products possibly 6 and I like to take my time and look around at new products to see what they have, I never got all the products I needed, at first I was taking my time then saw both of the ladies following me around looking at me the Entire time I was so uncomfortable every time I would look up someone was just staring at me I just got the 3 products I had in my shopping bag no one was at the register because they all was following me like I’m going to steal!!! As I’m walking to the register I say I’m ready to checkout this was on Thursday 2/8/2024 after 4pm I will never come back to this store I left a place feeling so mad and judged as a black women this did not make me feel good

I recently went to this store to pick up some last minute items. The staff named Julianna that helped me was so kind, patient and reliable. She tried her best to make sure I got the items I needed. Check this Sephora out!

I only came to this Sephora to return an item and I was disappointed that I couldn't. You can only do returns to this location if you bought the item there. If you made your purchase at a "free standing" Sephora, you might as well just go back there.I was also disappointed that this location had absolutely nothing. They had little to none travel size perfumes and barely any of the regular size bottles. Now I will say they are good for little trinkets and stocking stuffers. And they introduced me to "Sí" by Giorgio Armani.

Caution: They do not accept returns for items purchased online or from other Sephora stores. I had to drive for 35 minutes only to find out that they require the receipt to specify Kohl's as the purchase location for returns.

I recently visited the Sephora located in the Kohl's at the Silver Spring location. I would say the customer service was lack luster at best. I was greeted as soon as I entered the location, that was nice. However, when I asked about a product, it was immediately rejected with little to no effort of finding the item. I would say that the representative named Christine or Christie was eventually very helpful with finding the item. The other associate by the name of Soso, not so much. Keep in mind that I called the previous night to ensure that the item was in stock, but when I asked Soso; I immediately was told that it was not in stock. Christie/Christine decided to go the extra mile and look for the item, which was eventually discovered. I would recommend hiring more helpful employees. The experience was not the greatest.

Went in to look for item. It wasn’t available but the sales associate I think her name was Malia, was very nice and very knowledgeable. Ill be back to look for another item this week.
