I gave this cleaners a $330 Palm Angels shirt and a $300 dollar Gallery Dept. shirt to get dry cleaned because I heard they take care of the whites really good. Only to come back 3 days later and they said they lost it. Now I’m in a process of waiting to see if they can recover my clothes or I will be putting in an insurance claim to get my money back for it. Unfortunate because they seem like nice people but not sure what’s truly going on here.Service: Organic dry cleaning

After going here a few times, I thought I found a good dry cleaners but recently they burned two of my suits. Not happy with this. Don’t go here.

Honestly I would never go here again! The lady at the front was rude! They did have my stuff at an earlier time than requested which was great. But when I arrived to pick it up she was eating on the phone in the back and I can hear her talking. I said excuse me and rang the bell 10 times and she just ignored me. I even yelled "mam! You have customers" honestly it wasn't until I yelled "ok seriously I've been here waiting for 15 minutes and no attention. Come on mam" that she came out! Never again!

I will never come here again. They charged me $58 to hem a bridesmaids gown. When I returned for the dress it wasn't hemmed. They pinned it again to hem. When I returned again I found that they cut the dress but didn't hem it. They refused to refund me any money saying it looked better cut than hemmed. I would have never paid them $50 to cut my dress.

We've been getting work clothes cleaned and pants hemmed here for years. They are very friendly and have done things quickly when needed.

Mr. Kim and Bouki are Thee best but mainly Bouki; i came in on a humble needing a variety of Winter outerwear cleaned from puffer coats to a cashmere coat and she saw that my items were careed for with kid gloves! Bouki works closely wuth the Kim's to ensure your items will come out as expected! Keep Bouki! She's a true doll and an asset! Keep up the good works sista!

I've been happy customer of Seminary cleaners for 8+ years. Never have they lost a garment. The prices are reasonable, and the cleaning quality seems good. I can get in and out their doors without any issues. My only gripe is that they never say "Thank You" or anything after check out. Make customer service appear lacking.
