I was having difficulty getting the RSV vaccine and Sergei at Cloverly Safeway was very helpful in providing it. I did not wait long and was very appreciative that I could receive it. I did not have a good experience elsewhere. We will be shopping at this store much more. Thank you very much.

This safeway is great, close by my house, good customer service and excellent pharmacy staffs but please clean the bathroom or even better renovate it. Its in terrible shape, smelly, leaky and run down. I have gone here for 8 years and the bathroom has always been in this condition.

Was able to find everything me and my dad needed for my grandma's birthday. It is very well stocked with gluten-free and dairy free options for anyone with allergies, everyone ive met so far!

This Safeway notorious for not having things in stock. Always been like this. I only go here because it's close. It's been MOTNHS and they have yet to restock a dressing I use.

If this was the supermarket nearest to my house, I would be sad. It’s just dim and dank. It would not look like this if it was in Alexandria, VA or somewhere with multi-million dollar homes. Not fair!

Thank you to Scott and the entire deli team at Cloverly Safeway,I ordered some catering platters for my daughter’s moving day, and they were ready on time, freshly made and delicious. Condiments and napkins were included.I ordered a sandwich platter, a wings platter and a veggie platter. Everything tasted great.I asked for certain veggies and they followed my request.When I went up front to pay , the manager saw that it would be difficult for me to ring the platters up at the self serve register and she kindly opened up a register and rang my items.

I had a miserable experience today at Safeway. I've supported this chain and location for decades, but that ended today. All of the self-checkout stations had signs that said "no cash." I didn't have my debit on me, so I was forced to enter the only line open. This register six was in the middle of the market, and I was wedged in the middle of the passageway, constantly trying to avoid traffic. The line was backed up, and I asked the cashier if he could call some backup. He politely agreed, and called his manager. All the while, my ice cream melted, and no one came for another 5 minutes. A lady finally shows up, but does nothing. I asked the cashier who this was, and he replies it's his manager. After I paid, I went to customer service, and asked to speak with a manager. The lady responded by saying I am one of the managers, but not The manager in so many words. She continued her convo on the phone, trying to pretend I wasn't there. I explained to her what was going on, and asked her why they couldn't open another register. She says to me "I wonder the same thing." Unbelievably miserable, long shopping experience, while my two little girls waited forever for me. No cares for cash only customers. I'm sorry, aren't there people with no banks or kids for example, who may want to buy a drink in cash. To be fair, I do not blame the cashier or front-end manager, although her customer service was not good.update- I contacted Safeway's corporate office as they suggested. No response! I will never go to this market again. Save your money and find a place that will not trap you in the store, because their self-checkout stations only take cash!

I've never really been a Safeway shopper, but after visiting this store I'll likely become one. The place is clean and the staff seems friendly. I'll be back.

I love the customer service from chante she can cheer up anyone in a bad mood with that winning smile...Safeway very lucky to have a employee like chante
