The Deli fails to put out new sandwiches after the previous day ends. If you’re someone who works in the morning and is looking to grab a quick sandwich from the deli, you’ll have 3-4 options
Which all include pork. If you’re Muslim or don’t eat pork you won’t get a sandwich that day because they add bacon to a majority of the sandwiches. The deli isn’t kept stocked with sandwiches. This observation comes after buying sandwiches on 5/22/24 and returning 5/23/24 at 12pm to attempt to purchase more.

I love the roses from this place, I have a small small business and when I need roses I always go to look for them here. But unfortunately the staff at the florist is not as friendly as I would like, in particular one woman treats you as if you are not a customer, today May 4 they made me go twice to place an order for roses and they are not able to do anything or take you the order. The inefficiency of the florist department is very unfortunate.

I’m honestly amazed about the service they provide especially that young man in produce. Everytime I need help looking for a specific item he’s there to provide me that amazing service . Great Work !!

Stopped to this Safeway to grab one of their "Ready To Eat" chicken salad subs. After arriving at my destination, I realized that it wasn't chicken salad at all. As shown in the photos, it was turkey. I have shopped at this particular for many years without any issues, so I can accept this as a labeling mishap. I'm fortunate that it wasn't shrimp because I have a bad allergic reaction, and I would've been writing this from a hospital or a lawyers office. Be more cautious, or consider changing the name of your business to UNSAFEWAY!

The cleanliness of your bathrooms is an indication of the general cleanliness of your store and employees who basically touch everything in that store.
And your bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and nasty. It is both a sign that you don't care about cleanliness and an insult to your customers.

I was in the bakery section tonight.And I reached over to get some brownies.And this man started screaming in my face. Note.
That i'm a female and He's a hundred pounds heavier than me and about half a foot taller than me. I got really loud and asked one to call 911.Then none of the staff did anything they all ignored me.

As others have said, the marked sale price is often not reflected in the checkout system. That way they can overcharge, if you're not paying attention or you waste time, while they check it out and find you were right.

Horrible prices. Double of other retailers but customer service is the worst. The guy at the self check out adjusted a price for me which was advertised on the shelf but didn't ring up correctly. Then after I paid he calls for someone to check the shelf and takes the item which I had paid for out of my hand. Very rude. Wasting my time just to see that their system is not working properly. No apology for the inconvenience and horrible service.
