Top-notch shop. Identified the primary problem in my door lock/unlock. Rossi’s was able to expedite obtaining the necessary parts, perform the repair (even staying past regular business hours) and return my car the same day! I highly recommend Rossi’s Automotive.

I found Rossi's when a string of issues came up with my 2013 335i. I live in the area and was thrilled to find a BMW expert with good reviews. I can confirm their knowledge, professionalism, and service live up to all of the positive reviews you see. Rod went above and beyond to help me sort through my priorities and give advice on which steps to take first. What was once a stressful situation felt more manageable with Rod's guidance and repairs. The whole team is friendly and they take great care while they work. If you are someone who takes pride in your vehicle, you should absolutely visit Rossi's for regular maintenance and repairs! If I could give these guys 100 stars, I would do so. Steve and Rod are really great guys: they are knowledgeable, informative, reasonable, fair, and HONEST. I'm so glad I found Rossi's Automotive, and I definitely recommend them.
They have been more than fair with me, they were honest with me, and they took the time to explain and educate me as to the issues with my vehicle.
A lot of places see a woman coming, and they try to get over on us. NOT these guys! Again, they are honest, patient, and will take the time to explain everything going on with your vehicle, as well as how to take proper care of it to try to prevent the issues that result from improper vehicle care. They believe in informing their customers. It's up to you to listen to the information that they're taking their time to give to you.

I took my car to Rossi's with lots of lights on the dashboard. They analyzed my car and gave me a complete run down of all the issues and concerns. We discussed the priorities for repairs. My car was returned running better and smoother. Thanks! I will be back.

Rod absolutely loves cars, he's been an inspiration for me to perform many diy projects personally on my own foreign vehicles. I've known Rod for 12yrs now and he's serviced multiple luxury vehicles for myself and my wife, including audi, bmw, and saab. I've learned so much over the years from his hands-on approach that I barely go to any other mechanics. He values his customers as well and doesn't overcharge for service. If you have a luxury European vehicle look no further, he and his team are amazing. Thanks for always being there for me Rod!

This shop really knows their stuff. They are seriously knowledgeable about my vintage BMW Z4 and I always know the work will be done at the highest quality, with a quick turnaround and a constant and professional line of communication throughout. They are flexible with pickup hours and offer a 2 year warranty, which tells me they stand by their parts and their work. Truly an amazing shop that I am happy to trust and work with.

I recently had my Volvo serviced at Donoso/Rossi's Automotive, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the level of knowledge and service they provided. Despite the shop being a bit far from my location, the quality of service I received has made it well worth the distance.
From the beginning, the staff demonstrated a profound understanding of my Volvo, assuring me that my vehicle was in capable hands. The overall experience has been nothing short of exceptional, and I find myself genuinely pleased with the service I've received so far.
One standout aspect of my experience was the effort they put into making me comfortable with the services being performed. They went above and beyond by providing detailed pictures of the issues that needed attention, accompanied by explanations in layman's terms. This "kid"-like explanation was particularly helpful, considering the fact that I'm not a mechanic but still want to ensure the best care for my car.
What sets Donoso/Rossi's Automotive apart is their understanding that customers like me are not experts in automotive matters.
