Really nice gym, equipment is all in good shape. Weight room is good and has 3 squat racks. Any time I've been here after work on a weekday I never have to wait to use one - which is a rarity in my experience. Staff is very friendly

I've been a member of several gyms in DC but none have the combination of equipment, space, staff and trainers that RCSC has. A great place to work out for people at all levels of fitness. My wife and I love it and couldn't recommend it more?

Great gym: great trainers; great selection of equipment; competent and responsive administrative staff. Everything is kept clean; COVID precautions were reasonable. A really nice neighborhood feel on top of everything else.
