I call this “the gym where everybody knows your name.” Many of the staff have been there since it’s first opened. Everybody is friendly, everything is clean and bright and cheerful. It’s just a very, very comfortable place to call your gym!
A friendly, personalized, independently-owned gym located in Maryland on the border of Silver Spring and Chevy Chase. We’re dedicated to creating a fun and refreshing environment for you to get in shape, regardless of your fitness level. Whether you’re an experienced professional athlete or you’re just starting to take an interest in your physical fitness, you’ll find a home here. Should you choose to work out in our sun-filled upper level, with its high ceilings, exposed beams and open atmosphere, or our no-nonsense lower level reminiscent of a old-school lifting gym, or both, you’ll look forward to walking through our doors every day.
