The room was VERY spacious and clean. Check in was a breeze and the staff is more than courteous and very helpful. The only complaint, if you can call it a complaint, is...I wish there was a really nice restaurant closer than a couple of miles...but that isn't their fault, this place is fantastic. Since I am coming back in a couple of weeks for work, it's one less worry on me knowing this place is so nice.

Controlled AC- does NOT go below 74F and it shuts off if there is no movement after 10 minutes. This is insane. Are hotels really doing this now? It’s so hot and humid outside this is ridiculous. It’s august. Not to mention this “nonsmoking” room has old cigarette smell and I have asthma. The least they could do is allow us to have the A/C. Isn’t that why we are paying ridiculous prices so we can at least sleep with the air on? I went to ask the front desk and they say that’s how it’s programmed. Don’t stay here if you like to breath at night. SMH.

There are possible bed bugs in room 224. Upon waking I had several red marks on the inside of my leg. Considering this place routinely serves military personnel on active duty orders, I hope they can do much better.

Perfect road side location not far from the beltway. Owned and managed by simple people who always have a smile and are helpful. The breakfast options are great and this is where I stay each time I am in the areaRooms: Large and neatNearby activities: Playgrounds stores and hospitals. Dealerships and the MVAWalkability: Can take walks to any of the businesses around. Good trails and bus stopsFood & drinks: There is a target, and other food stores. There is a gas station McDonald's and you should have no reason to be hungry

MY FAVORITE HOTEL THUS FAR, THE FRONT DECK STAFF IS AWESOME, COURTESY, AND FRIENDLY, GREAT LOCATION, ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS AND VERY CLEAN, WHEN RETURNING BACK TO THIS LOCATION THIS WILL DEFINITELY BE MY ONLY CHOICE IN HOTEL STAY.

Beautiful hotel and rooms! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would def recommend this place. I was a little disappointed the pool and hot tub were closed during my visit In may but I understand due to the weather. Overall great experience!!

Super friendly staff, HOT freshly cooked breakfast! Reasonably priced. FULL size fridge and you have a kitchen in your room. No complaints.This hotel was amazing. Deserves 10 stars!! The staff was very friendly. The room is very spacious, and had a dishwasher, FULL-size fridge, a stove, and stocked cabinets and drawers so you can cook. The RR was large and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower which smelled awesome.You actually get a real hot breakfast here, not just a waffle. We stayed two nights and over the two days had choices of freshly prepared frittatas, souffles, ham and cheese croissants, sausage biscuits, breakfast burritos and so much more! It was all delicious! Fresh coffee and juices, among other breakfast choices and fruits.There is a laundry and exercise room and a pool.It was very clean and peaceful. It is about 12 miles from DC and in a nice area. There is a shopping plaza across the street so you can grab some groceries.Not a single complaint about this stay. By far the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in and we were so impressed. We will be staying here again!

There was a roach in the kitchen. I let the manager know and he came to my room but didn’t see it as it disappeared behind the fridge. He then proceeded to brush it off as if I was lying because he didn’t see the roach himself, as if I was supposed to catch it and show it to him. Instead of putting me in a different room, he told me to let him know if it comes back out. Manager had a nasty attitude, I’m never staying at this hotel again.

Beautiful rooms .. makes you feel right at home. comfortable beds & delicious breakfast. Also a pool for the kids as well as a nice area to grill on a nice hot day! Definitely recommendable favorite hotel by far & I’ve been too plenty. & the staff is so nice & friendly also a shopping center across the street accessible to your every needs. Very convenient being here.

Check in was smooth, I arrived earlier then the schedule and they were able to find me a room. The room was clean overall, but had a couple of missing things here and there. With a simple phone to the service desk they were able to get it. Daily housekeeping service, the housekeepers are wonderful and honestly that’s why I put the 4 stars. It’s all for the housekeepers! Full kitchen is provided, location is great. The gym is alright, only dumbbells and cardio (not expecting anything more). Overall great! Front desk staff were also great.

I can't speak highly enough about the staff, management and service! Not only is this hotel clean, updated and in a great location, but it's well-run hotel, the team here doesn't take anything lightly. All concerns were addressed immediately and they were most helpful and compassionate when I experienced a personal emergency. The front desk, maintenance and management were all very kind and I will never forget my experience here! Highly recommend, will be returning! Thank you~

We had a great 3 night stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were absolutely pleasant and so accommodating. We arrived 2 hours before check-in and although check in was not until 3 they were able to get us a room within 30 minutes of our arrival. I did request early check in via the Marriott app but also am aware that the request may not always be honored and is based on availability. So was thrilled that we could settle in early. Bonus points because this hotel was literally within walking distance to a target, Aldi's and Starbucks. Very easy to find also once you got off highway. The hotel also had a fire pit outside, basketball court and pool. We did not use the pool as it was a little cool for us but our party did use the basketball court and fire pit. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms and it was perfect for our stay. Our suite was definitely updated and had everything we needed. There was free grab and go breakfast which we appreciated and used during our stay. Overall great location and will definitely book again if we are in the area.
