Very rudeI was looking for a laundry service with rapid turnaround.The sign above the shop says" Laundry dependable service "When I asked the woman behind the counter about the laundry service, she curtly replied "This is a dry cleaning service ""Laundromat is across the street "She then turned her back and ignored me.Very poor customer interaction I would never consider patronizing this establishment

I have been a frequent customer of this store and they are very good in what they are doing. They always deliver at an earlier date than commited and don't damage cloth fabrics, which is a common issue with most of the dry cleaners.

I learned that this dry cleaner is NOT your neighborhood Zips equivalent. Do NOT walk in expecting to pay Zips prices. However, DO spend your money here and SKIP the drive to Zips - Reliable Cleaners is worth it.I've had PLENTY of shirts, specifically buttons; collars and other items ruined by Zips. Yeah they're usually cheap and quick but you don't take your cheapest, oldest clothing to get dry cleaned, do you? So why would you cheap out on the stuff you do want properly cleaned?I've never gotten my clothes back looking and feeling like new again and yet these folks have delivered the goods. They are a wholly PROFESSIONAL establishment the whole way through. The staff is exuberant and friendly, the plant life lovely and thriving and I'm very satisfied.Certain clothing items deserve middle tier service from Zips, however your best and most important items should only come here. Support your local businesses please!!! I've lived in the area for 20+ years and used to play in the adjacent park. This business has stood the test of time for a reason!

Please do not go to this dry cleaner!!!!!!!. The manager Miss Helene is very dishonest. I visited there some months back with my designer's top (Gucci jacket). A birthday gift from my husband last year, very dear to my heart. This people cleaned my cloth, I went to pick up, paid for the services and collected my cloth yet while still inside the store I found that there was a problem with the cloth talked to them then they ask me to leave it to them so the can fix it, went back to collect my cloth but Miss Helene consistently denied that I left the cloth with them. After so many years as a customer, this people never even care to search for my cloth which I left in their care . I Had to call the police on them today then she changed her statement and said she search for it and did not find it. I can't believe people can be so dishonest. First she said she will search , then tell me to my face she did not ,then told the police she did search. Such a dishonest behavior needed to be said out loud so other people don't become victims.Do not go to this dry cleaning please
