Absolutely wonderful! We ordered flowers here for our wedding and they were healthy, gorgeous, smell soooo good, and every arrangement got so many compliments! The woman who helped us (I am so sorry I forgot your name) went above and beyond for us when a few of the flowers I ordered were out of stock. She ending up going in the back and finding a great comparison that matched perfectly and still complimented the vision I had for my arrangements. Thank you so bringing my wedding to the next level, if we ever need flowers again for an event, this will be the first place I visit!

There was no one trying to help me with pricing and the people don’t acknowledge you, they see you but they don’t care to help you or ask you if you need any help the people in supply’s are the worse. they have a bad customer services. I m not doing business with this company any longer

This company just settled with the state of Maryland for over $1 million dollars for stealing COVID funds. The owner told his employees they were furloughed and had them apply for compensation from Maryland. He then had them continue working as volunteers.

I haven’t actually bought flowers from here but I tried to place an order with a salesman and he was a bit condescending and kept interrupting me to ask questions. He said he would send over a catalogue to my email that same afternoon to finalize my choice but I never got it and received no follow up either. I have now placed an order with Metro Flower Market in Chantilly and will continue to go there instead.

In my previous experiences with Potomac Floral, I have never encountered any issues. However, today proved to be quite a harrowing ordeal. I had placed an order for 300 pieces of a specific leaf and arrived promptly at 10 am for pick up. Upon entering the establishment, there was a distinct lack of staff to provide guidance, leaving me to search for any signs indicating the location of the pick-up area. Eventually, I discovered it tucked away in the back.
I patiently waited behind another customer who was receiving assistance, only to be informed by an associate after 15 minutes that if I was there for pick up, I needed to go to the front and sign in to be called. It would have been greatly appreciated if someone had informed me of this protocol or if there had been a clear sign indicating the necessary procedure. Reluctantly, I made my way back to the front and signed in, by which point it was already 10:20.
The woman at the front desk informed me that the wait time could range from 30 minutes to an hour. It struck me as rather unreasonable to wait an hour for something I had pre-ordered, but I chose not to voice my concerns, hoping that the wait would be closer to the promised 30 minutes.
Now, it is 11:28, and I approached the front desk to inquire about the progress of my order. To my dismay, I was informed that it might take another hour, but she couldn't provide a definite answer. The idea of waiting a total of 2 hours to pick up an order is simply preposterous. How can one effectively manage their time under such circumstances? It would be far more considerate to either allocate specific pick-up time slots or clearly communicate to customers that they need to set aside a substantial amount of time for order retrieval.
I struggle to fathom any other retail establishment where such a practice would be deemed acceptable. Can you imagine waiting an hour for your pizza or dedicating 30 minutes to 2 hours for a carryout order?
While management may dismiss this as a mere customer complaint, I implore them to critically examine their internal processes and make earnest efforts to enhance the overall customer experience. At the very least, they should proactively warn their customers about the inconvenience they are likely to encounter.

February 24, Updated from my first review: Manager Andy contacted me to resolve the problem I had. He was very friendly and professional. And as a customer I was a little calmer, I think I will give them another chance ??February 10: Very bad experience the 3 times I have gone. I am a local bouquet seller and I needed to have a regular place to buy roses. But I do not recommend this place, the staff is very poorly organized and they don't even talk to you, much less greet you. They treat you how they see you. If you don't ask, they don't help you. I made 2 orders of roses and they only fulfilled 1 and I had to bring what they had because they couldn't get me what I wanted and I paid ?? very badly. The system does not say that there are none. When you arrive to pick up, they tell you that they no longer have them. I don't recommend them.

Great selection but not really wholesale when you can get the same bunches at the grocery store for sometimes 50% less . Go there if you want unusual and unique which then it's ok . Don't appreciate my receipt and purchase being checked as I leave when others were not being checked ... if your gonna do this you'd better check everyone ... the young girl next to me left with two huge boxes which were not checked , not cool especially when I often buy a lot .
