This place is a treasure! I recently sent an expensive guitar to my son in Boston. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. My son told me that it was very well packed. Ms. Singh also instructed me to loosen the strings before shipping so they would not snap en route. That is conscientious attention to detail!

This place is the best! The staff are always very friendly which gives it a ‘neighborhood store’ feel. Today the lady working at the counter not only noticed that my label hadn’t printed correctly, she even offered to reprint it for me so I didn’t have to haul my box back home and then back again. It was much appreciated since I had my young child with me and a bunch of errands to run. The selection of shipping supplies and cards is also great and parking is very easy too. Way easier than then other shipping spots in town. Definitely worth supporting this business!

This is my go-to pack-and-ship place because of the wonderful customer service. Lavleen is so friendly and always remembers me. She does more than pack and ship too-- her notary service is very convenient and she takes a great passport photo! Be sure to check out her greeting cards and treat yourself to a Toblerone!! :)

I wouldn't give it one star, they say there is a notary service but they don't tell you the time they will attend you, racist lady I bet she is from India, she will be the owner and she does not want to put more staff to attend?. If you are looking for a better notary go to your bank definitely.

I had to pick up a package here recently and it went smoothly. I also had to drop off a package here recently but that didn’t go so smoothly. I could barely hear the front desk lady, she didn’t confirm the shipping address, she spelt my name wrong on the package, and they charge a fee for using any type of card (debit or credit)

Expansive and very slow. I paid $18 for 15 oz to Philly(priority shipping) It took 6 days and still haven't arrived yet.

Satisfied customer. Back around 2020 Christmas season, I went their with my prepackaged and labeled Amazon Return and also shipped a package via UPS Ground. Then today, I went to get 4 documents notarized and shipped next day via FedEx. Pleasant people. Smooth interactions. I will use them again.

Such nice owners! I rented a business PO box there recently. Today I went to check the mail at 6:50pm and the owner was just locking up - it closes at 6:30. When I said oh, I guess you're closed, she actually opened it back up just to let me check my mail, even though I said it wasn't important. So very nice of her - I'm sure she was tired at the end of the day. I really appreciate their excellent service!

Agree with the sentiments about the customer service of the older woman but the store does not deserve one star. It's a great place to drop packages and they also have notary services. They did also reject me from leaving USPS packages. Also, I have a key made and it didn't work here and they did not refund me.
