I have been to several Porsche dealerships/service centers over the years, but Porsche Silver Springs by far stands out like night and day compared to the rest of them. The standard of customer service and professionalism is on another level. The attention to detail, attentiveness, and desire to ensure the customer stays informed they provide is unlike any experience I have had at any dealership period. The staff is highly knowledgeable, relaxed, methodical and process oriented to ensure that nothing is overlooked, and everything is extremely well documented and presented in an organized way. For example, I have a Macan that was experiencing some drive-train issues that no other Porsche dealership could figure out and spent months frustrated and irritated that dealerships kept giving up on trying to find a solution. I had the transfer case replaced and even the entire PDK replaced at the recommendation of another dealership (under warranty thankfully), but those turned out to be misdiagnosis' and although I am happy to have almost a brand new car for free, I was about ready to give up on the thing. I figured though that I would give it one last try and brought it to Porsche Silver Springs and worked with Kofi and Christian. They pinpointed the issue as a faulty cam position sensor (probably a $150 part) causing the engine to misfire within 1 day and had my Macan running like new. They took videos throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was resolved and that all the issue replication conditions were extensively tested following repair. This is the level of service you expect when you own a Porsche and I'm not taking my cars to anyone else but to them in the future. I greatly appreciate this dealership for their commitment to customer service and fulfilling on the Porsche standard and I hope others see this review and give them a shot if they need service or repairs because they are incredible people to work with.

The sea of five star reviews is shocking to me. I purchased the Sports Design kit to install on my beloved boxster, and had it shipped to storage at my cabin in northern Maine from Silverspring Porsche. Within less than a year from the date of delivery, I discovered that the kit contained several extraneous duplicate parts (cheap to order plastic pieces) and was missing other (expensive) vital components which render the entire kit effectively worthless.. The dealership refused to repair my order, not by citing any particular policy or legal justification of any sort, only that my order was "too old". To add insult to this act of robbery, the parts associate recommended that I reorder the missing pieces while they are still in stock.. They then completely stopped responding to my correspondence. I suppose that if I'm not immediately shelling out large amounts of money, they have no reason to waste their time with me.. The Montgomery county consumer protection office then subsequently refused to take action, claiming that Silverspring Porsche's yet-to-be-seen private policy somehow undermines my implicit warranty provided by state and federal consumer protection laws as well as Porsche AG's express warranty on all parts. This is impossible, of course, because if you order parts from this dealership online, there is no indication whatsoever that they are being sold AS IS.. My car used to never fail to make me feel better after a long, rainy day. This experience has poisoned that happiness and caused me to stand and look at it with as much heartache and strife as if I were remembering an unfaithful lover.

I am so happy to share that I had the most amazing dealership experience at Silver Spring Porsche. The entire staff was very friendly and welcomed us like VIPs as soon as we walked in (totally different from other dealerships). They gave me a really good deal and I love my 2024 Porsche Cayenne S. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I recently had an amazing car buying experience at Porsche Silver Spring. The sales advisor, Jin, and the general manager, Bruce, were instrumental in making my purchase smooth and enjoyable. Jin was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs. She provided valuable insights about the different features/options and helped me find the perfect car that matched my preferences. Bruce was equally helpful and both went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience throughout the entire process. I am so glad I made the change to Porsche of Silver Spring from the other Porsche dealership I won’t name. They were even closer to my home. BUT let me tell you…Silver Spring Porsche got it going on for sure…they are bomb! Kofi is my guy; he takes care of me whenever I text or call him. He responds within 24 hours and gives me the information I need. Everyone is so polite and courteous!

Brought my car in for an issue with Porsche InnoDrive system. My service advisor Kofi, my sales representative Jin, and the mechanic engineer Gavin did an absolutely amazing job. Jin greeted me when I came in and introduced me the amenities; Kofi called and texted me to keep me updated the entire process; Gavin test drove the car with me and listen to me explaining the issue, then fixed the issue successfully in the end, and recorded a video to show how the function is working now. It's not an easy issue to fix, so it's taking longer time than we all expected. But Kofi kept me updated the whole time, and told me they will store my vehicle indoor during the weekend when they're closed, which is very considerate. I really appreciate the effort everyone put in, and I will definitely come back for my future service needs and vehicle purchase.

Outstanding Service! I’m very happy with the purchase of my very first Porsche. Mile One Porsche of Silver Spring set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the beginning, Khalil Nuri( sales manager) was a breath of fresh air and very professional. I had concerns walking in the door but Khalil answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. DeAndre Briscoe(Sales Professional)was extremely helpful in explaining the whole process and with walking me through operating my new vehicle. He answered all of my annoying questions and worked with everyone to make the best deal possible. Sam Wright(Finance Manager) made signing all of my paperwork very easy. He was able to explain any questions I had and the process was seamless. This was truly a wonderful experience. Every step of the process was explained clearly and pleasantly. Took my wife's 22 Cayenne GTS here for warranty work because of the horrible buying experience I had at Porsche Bethesda; I never want to set foot in there again. Luckily, the kind folks at Porsche Silver Spring were great and assisted me with the issues I had with the car. This will be my go-to Porsche dealership from now on.

This was my 2nd vehicle purchase from this dealer. The first vehicle was through Jay who has since retired. 2nd was through Casey. He was able to get me the car I wanted when I thought all hope was lost. He responded to all my emails. He spent the time going through each option with me and making suggestions I never even thought about.Thanks to Casey and the rest of the team at Porsche Silver Spring for a great experience with my 2nd Porsche purchase.

I have been a PCA member for 17yrs, I’ve owned 5 Porsches and have been to all of the dealers in Maryland and Virginia. I had a problem with another dealer doing some work on my car that was very frustrating. I called Porsche silver spring and explained to the service manager Linda what the issue was. She had her technicians Jonny and Drilon inspect my vehicle. Normally there is a $250 diagnostic fee but since I paid a little over $9,000 at another dealer she said they would not charge me. She saw how frustrated I was and she was compassionate to my situation. I was scheduled and waited for my car. The facility is beautiful and huge. Very clean and organized. They even have complimentary Starbucks coffee, Starbucks!All of the staff are exactly what you would expect regarding the level of customer service from Porsche. I was continuously checked on by Kofi one of the service advisors. Once they found what the issue was Linda walked me to the garage and Jonny one of the gold master technicians along with Drilon another master technician explained what was wrong with my car while showing me. They even sent a video explaining what needed to be corrected. I cannot be thankful enough for the level of spectacular excellent customer service. I purchased my 2012 Panamera 4S from here new back in 2012, Casey was my sales rep and he is still here. If you need service or if you are looking to purchase a car, this is the place you want to go to. Porsche silver spring.
