PNC is a good bank for basic online banking--checking, savings. The apps work well and consistently. The bank's interest rates are good and fees minimal. However, do not go to the branch for help with anything beyond the basics. The personnel within the bank have very little knowledge beyond what their screens tell them. It's like the first layer of customer service. If you need a mortgage, a trust account, a loan, apply online or choose a bank with branch personnel who are knowledgeable and empowered to actually help.

Edmanuel Mercedes, was amazing, he was very kind and helpful. He helped us with the process we were doing and he did it very quickly, we had no objections with him. We need many employees like Edmanuel, dedicated to his work, kind and very knowledgeable in what he does..... Thank you Edmanuel....

PNC online services are without a doubt the worst I've experienced. I lived in the UK for 20 years, traveled to over 15 countries for work and holiday, yet PNC seems to be stuck in the 1980 with their online presence. I need to transfer money to an external account of mine. Every time I have to do it (outside of the standing order I set up and NEED to adjust - but cant find the correct hidden code) its an ordeal. But now its a new level of terrible: My external account is nowhere to be seen. I called for support, and I was told: Go to the INTERNAL transfer tab. Select add/manage EXTERNAL account. Enter data. Done, and when I went to the external tab, the account was not there, so once again I tried to add an external account, and I was told you add this account it already exists. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement.

Been a PNC Bank customer for decades. Generally happy with their customer orientation. However this branch is disorganized and understaffed. Made an appointment but waited for an hour to see the banker. They take walk ins for complex requests which means customers with appointments wait. And wait. The security guard is the most helpful person to be honest; he advocated to bankers to see me. They need to fix their system and only see walk ins for simple requests.

Great experience with the teller Usman and in general exchanging international currency. Process was super easy. I called prior to ask about the process and spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who guided me, was extremely polite and kind and helpful and Usman was the same. All around great experience.

Edmanuel was amazing! He was super helpful and kind. I didn’t even have an appointment, but he saw me right away and spent an hour helping me get set up after I had been hacked. He also gave me really useful advice for moving forward. Will definitely come here again!

Went to take some money off my card at the ATM outside once I put my card in the machine glitched then it said machine unavailable someone coming to fix it then it went back to its regular screen... my card got took then they claim they can't do nothing when I called... then I called again cause this bank should be responsible for there machine and looking at the reviews this been going on for a while and obviously this branch didn't fix its problems. Called second time lady says in the morning go back let them know so they can get a tech out. Let's see

Avoid using the outside ATM, and maybe the one inside the mall. The ATM slot jammed with my check half way inside. Instead of pushing it out it sucked it up and cancelled the transaction. When I went in to tell them what happened they said they had no access to the ATM itself. The people in the branch didn't help file a dispute when I thought they did. I didn't get a receipt of any kind to prove they did. Ended up calling customer service to help, even though the manager Dirce said I didn't have to worry about doing anything.
