It’s a smaller store, but has a fun array of items. Check out the clearance section in the back of the store. Staff is friendly and helpful

The employees here are really wonderful and go above and beyond to help you. They all seem to be super knowledgeable and friendly. Pretty standard for my experience with multiple Plaza Art locations here and in Philly!

Went here to get materials for an art class. The staff offered to help as soon as we were through the door, I had explained that I was going off of a syllabus to find materials and the employee helped me go down the list and find my options for each thing on the list. Was really worried going into the store that I would have difficulty getting everything together but it went as smoothly as possible. He even discussed which materials would be optional and let me know when I should just save my money on something that is more than I’d need for the class. Definitely returning for any further art purchases!

I hate that I have to post this review in today's time, but I'm not a fan of this store. I decided to visit this particular store because I wanted to try something new and different from Hobby Lobby. As I entered the store and started to shop in the downstairs area, I began to get followed by one of their MALE employees. I was followed from the downstairs area to the upstairs area as I tried to continued shopping. After 10 minutes of this, I put everything I had in my basket back and left. As a woman, I never want anyone following or shadowing me at any point, especially when I'm trying to relaxing and shop. But honestly, I felt that I was followed around the store because I don't look like their average customer. I am a artist that enjoys and loves a good art store but I REFUSE to support any business that makes me feel uncomfortable in their establishment.

I have been purchasing from this location for 18 years. The service and staff are great. Also, important to note the stability in staffing. I know one employee who has been there the entire 18 years. That's amazing in this day and time. That says another about the company and its culture.

The women who works here is so difficult. Had to return a frame (that was never opened) and all she could offer me was store credit. When I went to return the frame for credit, she refused because I didn't have the receipt. I knew the receipt number and paid with card, she still refused. The business wouldn't even have lost money because all I could get was store credit.I have worked retail and pulling up someone's receipt isn't that hard, especially if they paid by card.I would have used the store credit to buy a bigger frame, and proper framing material, which would have garnered the business more money!?Guess I'll just go through Amazon instead. Cheaper and better return policy.
