I took 3 rings to Oxford for repair.1 rose gold with fire opal and diamonds needed a prong repair. When I got the ring back they told me they needed to reset the entire fire opal. The setting was crooked and the fire opal cloudy. 1 week later diamonds started falling out of the setting where the prongs were.1 diamond and emerald ring needed a diamond replaced. I received the ring back and 1 week lager the same diamond fell out.1 silver ring needed a gem glued back on. After 1 week this also fell out. They told me the glue would hold and the ring would be sturdy.I took the rings back and they were not willing to repair the damage to the rose gold ring or replace any of the stones that were not correctly replaced/fixed. They were going to charge me again but this time MORE than the original price! I should not have to pay for them doing poor quality work. They should have insurance to replace/repair the damaged rings etc.

I came in looking for wedding rings and the woman at the counter would not weigh the ring or allow me to weigh the ring. She was pushy and the prices she quoted me were VERY high, borderline rip off. Don't trust a jeweler who won't let you weigh the jewelry.

My wife had her credit card stolen and used at this place. She called them and the person on the phone was extremely rude and just kept asking my wife “how would you let someone steal your credit card?”

The jewelry is literally fake, and they tell you it’s 1000 Percent real, all they wanna do is make money not caring about customer satisfaction, don’t come in

I took 5 watches in for battery replacement. They were done in about 30 minutes, with no issues at all. They were fashion watches...like Guess, D&G...but I also brought in a Movado. The total was $116. Anjum was very nice! I'll probably visit again to check out holiday gifts.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE = ZERO STARS. (I had to put one star to be able to post this review.) My wife took my watch here to have its battery replaced. When I got it back, the calendar no longer worked. They disclaimed all responsibility and suggested that the watch had this fault when I brought it in and I hadn't noticed (not true: the watch has worked flawlessly for the past 5 years), or that the problem developed after they'd changed the battery and given it back to me and I hadn't noticed for several days (not true: I noticed the problem the very next day.) Their jeweller didn't seem to be able to correct the problem, they had my watch for over a month and in spite of telling me that they would ring me to tell me when I might collect it, they never did. When I went to check on it, the watch wasn't displaying either the correct time or date. I suspect that it just languished in their shop for most of that time. I had a stand-up argument with the manager, who said the watch might need a whole new movement. It seems to me that they just wanted to cover themselves. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Chris R.

The price is not reasonable and the lady Anjum is a bad Business woman that only cares about her money and her commission and not about the customers. She doesn't care about her employees she treats them very bad and she's racist. She scams people for money. Most of the stuff there is not real but they lie and say it's real.

Anyone who ever think about going to this place to get a nose pierced better think twice n I would not even recommend getting your ears pierced here either. So my bad experience I went through here..... on Saturday March 30, 2019 I went to get a nose pierced mind you I went before there to ask what's the price and everything for getting a nose pierced including I was shown what the nose ring looks like. me not doing my research before getting it done by what type of ring to used n so forth anyhow to my understanding the Ethiopian young lady with a baby that did my nose pierced didn't know that the ring she was using is not a nose ring but she did it anyways. It was my fault for not researching more on it. Anyhow I noticed my nose ring was sinking in too much n not coming out the following Monday...I started freaking out because I have never had this issue before because it was my first time. By Tuesday things was getting worse I call up the store someone answer the phone n the person who answered was the same lady..... here I am telling this lady what's going on n all she cares about was keeping saying she told me to used alcohol like alcohol is what seems to be the problem, I let her know I was coming up there for her to see it because I'm not comfortable with this n it's freaking me out. After work I went up there come to see a different Ethiopian lady, I mentioned the problem to her n she look scared n confused not even trying to help but all she's telling me to do is keep cleaning it with alcohol and come back on the following Thursday to speak with someone. Anyhow I went home with the problem still no solution at the moment I'm nervous, worried, sad, scared can't sleep and frustrated about the situation all in one. Wednesday morning I noticed the skin healing blocking the hole where u can't see the top of the ring anymore at this time I'm even more nervous n worrying about the nose ring getting stuck in the hole. On Wednesday after work I had enough so I decided to find a tattoo n piercing professional which I finally found n got the nose ring out, come to find out that the ring that was used was for a ear ring not for a nose ring. If I was money hungry I would have sued them for false advertisement about the type of ring to do a nose piercings job because she could have said they don't have the tools or rings for that instead she went ahead n still did it!!!... I must say I surely learn my lesson with this one to never goes for cheap always goes to the professional that knows what they r doing n paying for your moneys worth!!!

I was told by T.T. that the ring was white sapphire I was charged 350.00. All to see the next day that she wrote CZ on the receipt! LIES LIES LIES, am taking it back and a fight might ensue. Do not shop here!
