We have lived in this condominium for 2 years. Here is a great place for those with children, children identify it as CAMPO, the leisure area, with a very large space where children play and in addition to the swimming pool, which in the summer is very well looked after and safe.As for the maintenance of the apartment, they are quick, every few times I needed it within a few hours they were already resolved. The office is always so friendly and attentive to residents.A clean and very organized place. I highly recommend this place to live.

My wife and I have been here for four years now, and this is a fantastic apartment complex to live!Concrete floors, so little to no noise. Great deal for two bedrooms, two bathrooms and in-suite washer and dryer. Also very reasonable with the annual rent increases, even during the pandemic. Spacious balcony and lovely courtyard, located next to Northgate Park. Management, office staff and maintenance staff are also courteous, efficient and caring about their jobs and residents and always respond to requests in a timely manner. We are so lucky we found this apartment complex!

If I could have given this property zero stars I would have. Applied here a couple weeks back. Was immediately contacted by property manager and given additional task that I needed to fulfill to process my application. One of these steps included them needing to verify the address on my ID. The address on my ID is somewhere I never resided but just used the address for mail. After I explained they would have no record of me living there they agreed this was an unnecessary request. After that conversation I immediately felt like " I wasn't the kind of tenant they preferred on their property ". The next day I follow up and told my application is declined because there is an apartment on my credit. I had rented an apartment a few years back with a roommate whom left me in a bad place and I had to pay off some obligations which I had done so months prior to even submitting this application. They claimed it was still on my credit but I've since contacted the people I paid and confirmed this is untrue and that all obligations were satisfactory. The property never asked if I could provide proof of this or anything. They simply declined me. In my honest opinion this complex only prefers a certain racial demographic to live there and me not being Hispanic/ Latino seemed to be an issue just based on the snarky tone and unwillingness to help from the office staff. If you tour this property it's 100% Latino. From the workers to the residence, you see no other ethnicities which is odd in such a diverse area of Montgomery county. Im sure such a level of discrimination is illegal and against landlord and tenant guidelines but who is gonna stop them.

My family and I have moved to the Northgate Apartments it has more than 4 months and we have loved it, it is a very peaceful place and calm. No noise, great maintenance service (always on time). I recommend it!
