Nifty Pro Cleaner LLC is a very professional entity, and they provide exceptional service. We hired them for a move-in cleaning, and I am highly satisfied. Their attention to detail and customer service is top-notch. We had to reschedule our reservation numerous times, and they were quite understanding and flexible. I highly recommend this company.

Their exceptional professionalism was found in the way they followed up with customers. We hired them for a move-in/move-out clean-up. The first time the team came, they didn't do a great job. Just when I wanted to call them, the company manager called me to inquire how satisfied I was with their work. I was impressed that they call each customer to make sure their work is exceptional and follow up promptly. When I unpacked what I was not satisfied with, they sprang up in action immediately and the owner herself came out to check out the work their team did. Not only did she re-do the clean up herself the following day, but she also used it as a teaching moment for her staff to make sure her team KNOWS and UNDERSTANDS what her expectations are, which is pretty high even for someone like me who is a bit germophobic. It is needless to say that the house was sparkling after the re-do. She even managed to get rid of tough stains I thought would take a miracle to remove. With the way the owner trains her staff and the details they pay attention to, I have no doubt that their work will stay exceptional. I will hire them again.Service: Moving clean

This is a well-run team with very responsive and capable management at the center (they use online tools to track with real time updates and reminders) and also on the “field” (meaning in the home when the crew comes to clean) and ive used the cleaning services for over a year. Very responsive and accommodating to owners’ specifics. Superb job they do. And this is a local small business!Services: Standard clean

Nifty is great! They work fast and make my home look lovely. They always have me check their work before they leave, and they are very gracious if I notice some picky little thing they missed. They are very responsive to messages and let you know if there are any shifts in scheduling. I had a question about something on the website, and Christy responded immediately, the same evening, and got the web posting corrected immediately. Christy and her team did a move-out deep cleaning when we moved out of a rental property. Although not required in our county, we also hired her team to paint post move-out so we could return the property in a similar condition to how we received it. She and her team communicated throughout the process and did a phenomenal job. We are so glad we found her!
