I was in an accident and my car door
was damaged. Geico referred me to the New Again Auto Repair shop and they did an excellent job on my car. I can say only good things about Hector Magana who did the body work. He went beyond and above with his body work skills to make sure that my car was done correctly and looked really good after the repair. Thank you.

They are GREAT! I took my car here to remove some deep scratches in my vehicle. They are very detail-oriented and fast! The car looked brand new, and the crew was super client-friendly. Will be using them again for sure.

These guys are incredible. My muffler was damaged while I was on a road trip to DC and Top Mufflers (which is the same company) was recommended to me. They fit me in that same day, they quickly assessed the issue and could work with my insurance to get everything set up. Unfortunately, they thought it would take a long time to get the part so they recommended that I get the part repaired when I get home but I was worried that the muffler would fall off on the trip home so they took a look at it right then and there and made a few tweaks and had me out of there in twenty minutes flat and didn't even charge me for it. I really appreciated how much they knew about the subject and their willingness to talk through it with me, reassure me, and figure out what would work best for me. Julio is amazing. I'm only sad that I don't live closer to them because I would love to use them for all of my auto repair issues.

Wonderful experience getting my 2012 Kia Soul fixed here. After someone tried to steal the car and stripped the steering column, I worked with this shop as they were a Geico partner. They coordinated with my Adjustor and took the car directly from the tow truck on arrival. They stayed in touch with me throughout the process and were clear and transparent, helping me with a couple of other small issues as well (patched a tire). When I picked up the car, the process was quick and painless. They had even washed the car inside and out. I picked them for expedience and convenience initially. Now, I will consider using them any time I need because the service was exceptional. Special thanks to Hector, who stayed in touch with me throughout and was a joy to work with.

I recommend them 100%. They crashed my car, I took it to new again and they left it as if nothing happened, as we say, like new! Apart from that, they delivered it to me super fast! They do an excellent job!!! Thank you Don Julio and Héctor!!

I brought my Audi S4 here for repairs from an auto accident. They are a preferred vendor for Geico. They had good reviews so we booked the appointment. While my car was there, I had other body work done at my own expense. Hector was my rep in the office. He is such a kind and nice man. The shop is clean and organized. The people are great. They communicate well. I prefer email so they emailed me and kept me up-to-date on when the parts would be in and when the repairs would be complete. They got it done when they said they were going to. Just completely seamless process. I would highly recommend.

I didn’t have an appointment when I called New Again Auto Repair on a Saturday morning, but Julio was able to see me immediately to help swap out the plates for my car. Him and his shop were very friendly, eager to help, and extremely efficient - I’m so grateful that the process was completely smooth sailing. New Again Auto Repair is one of the best body shop in the silver spring area. Hector, the mechanic who worked on my car is great at what he does. I was in a car crash a couple days ago and referred to them by geico. In 4 days my car was in better condition than before the crash.

What amazing service and communication! I was referred to New Again Auto Repair by Geico through an insurance claim, when I was rear ended. They eased a stressful situation---from ensuring I was picked up by the rental car company, to communicating with me every step of the way on my car repairs and pick up. And, they even cleaned my car following all of the repair work--to where it looked better when I picked it up then it did before the accident. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness and your professionalism. Highly recommend!
