They change the price as they wish, the customer service is the worst the Boucher is so rude and disrespectful to women!!! I feel so comfortable whenever I walk in that store but trust me this is my last time coming in !

Perhaps my most favorite Ethiopian market where there are lots of fresh groceries with reasonable prices, however, as it’s noted by other reviewers, the customer service by the cashiers and butcher needs some working.

The customer service is lacking, particularly from the lady behind the counter. She neither greets nor smiles, hastily takes the money, and appears to forget where it comes from. As customers, we are the foundation of your business; it’s imperative to treat us with respect.

To be honest with you, this is actually a great place. A lot of items are greatly priced. There’s a lot of varieties of products available. It almost feels like Ethiopia. It’s when you step out of the door you find out your in silver spring.

I give them one star just because I have to write this. Very poor service and unprofessional person in the Butcher section, he choose and pick his customer to serve better. I assume all customers are equal. I will never set my foot to this place again.

It's a good store with many selections. Their price is higher than the other nearby stores. For example, they sell Wasse mitad for $140 while the other stores selling the same item for $120. Expect to pay more......

This store is a cheater. They cheat you. They are very greedy and all they look for is the money. When I buy meat for kitfo, he claims that it’s very red meat, but when it comes home it gets lighter. I advise that no one come to this store.

Their meat weight is PURELY SCAM!!They repeatedly sold me a tiny piece of meat for 2Ib order. One time I took it home and to other store and weight it. It was less than close to 1.5 Ib. It’s so annoying!Purely an illegal and brutal ripoff !!!
