I was a Fenlon Insurance customer for 7 years, although I have since left due to marriage and combining households. I had an excellent service experience with the Fenlons though. They were diligent about searching for discounts to keep my premiums low and highly communicative when it was time for me to make a change to my coverage. I plan to return as a customer when my insurance needs change again!

I've known Tim for a number of years. About a year ago, he reviewed our family's collective insurance and reduced the cost of our auto policy by 50%...and improved the coverage. The improvements in homeowners insurance were smaller, but still significant. Tim and his staff will tell you when they don't have a better deal and won't try to sell something when it doesn't help. He had tried about two years prior and, at the time, he suggested that we had no reason to change insurers. He doesn't use sales pressure at all. He called me when he got a new line that finally would benefit us. I wish I had as much faith in all of my service providers.

I've been using Tim for years and years. He's a good guy, easy to work with and always very helpful. Everybody in that office is really nice, they get that this is a service business. I would recommend him without hesitation.
