Walked in for a gel take off and clear polish. Pictures speak for themselves. Service was rushed, completely unacceptable. Don't recommend.

I got my nails done at Nancy’s Nails for an upcoming concert. The shaping turned out really nice and I love the bling options they had. Mimi took care of the shaping and Helen took care of the painting and deco. Everything was 75 excluding tip.

Went here on a Friday afternoon as a walk in , it was very busy. I had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated for a pedicure. I requested manicure as well. The technician who did my pedicure was very kind and professional. She did an amazing job on my feet. There was a second technician who did my nails she did not have steady hands and just did an ok job with my manicure. I had to point out that she missed some areas of my nails that didn't have polish on them but she corrected it and final results was nice but not great. I think overall, I'd recommend just getting a pedicure here because they do a great job but I would not get a manicure from them.

Thanks to everyone for the reviews. I called the facility asking ONLY for a color change and was advised it would be $70.00. Reading the reviews and with that ridiculous price I think I will wait until I return to SC.

This is definitely NOT the move. It was few days before a conference I was going to and I wanted my nails, toes, and eyebrows done. My mom told me about this place. She left out how dingy it was. This is not a relaxing experience. Dr. Oz was on TV and it was very loud. I was led back to the pedicure chair. The place is super cramped, so expect no social distancing. I brought in my own polish for my toes and picked a gel color for my hands. The nail tech soaked my feet - nothing special. And then she began working on my cuticles. She then nicked me. It was an accident, of course. These things happen. But then she said, "Ooooh, you want gentle?" Ma'am, is that not the default?!? Then, I went to get my nails done. The towel she had me put my hands on was dirty. Someone else's fingernail clippings were on it. All she did was shake it out and keep moving. So I'm not coming back. The price was very inexpensive, so I guess you get what you pay for.
