It was my first time going to this nail salon. I had to wait for 10 minutes which is fine with me because I wasn't in a hurry. I felt welcome, nail tech were very gentle on my toes. I will say this, salon is kinda small & they don't use UV light dryer, they use mini fans to dry your nails which is healthier. If you are looking for a salon to get a pedicure/manicure for better price, this place is for you. To let you know, they don't do dip powder, sns and acrylic sets.

I did gel manicure and I was very happy with the results. Kim was thorough, I didn’t feel rushed and they accommodated me without an appointment. It is reasonably priced as well. All in all excelente and friendly service. The place is a little bit cramped but I will still definitely return.

I made an appointment and she did not want to take me at the time of my appointment. What's the point of making an appointment! She said she wanted to eat ok let me soak my feet while you eat. No I had to wait. Excuse me. I need to be here on time but you can't start on time. You don't treat the white customers that way! Then you start getting angry and talking to me in your own language. I do not need to give my money to some one who is rude. F U and F this place.

Sisters Nancy and Kim offer cheap manicures and pedicures. However, these are the reasons that I do not recommend them. I won't be returning back to them. They spend a lot of time speaking to each other in their native language, but did not interact with me a lot during my service.1. Their skill level is average at best, and they do not offer any nail extension services such as tips. Their design skills are basic at best.2. They get upset if a customer declines gel services. I have gone several times and they constantly have asked me to upgrade to gel services. I always leave a generous tip of $15.00 for a $40.00 Mani/Pedi so I don't understand why they are constantly asking me to upgrade my services.3. Their shop is very small, cramped and has very little air circulating. They can not comfortable accommodate more than two people at a time.4. There is ongoing construction, and it takes a while to find somewhere to park. Most times, you have to park blocks away. Sometimes, it takes 15 minutes to find parking.In conclusion, Nancy and Kim are cheap but you are better off going somewhere else.

I had a wonderful visit for my pedicure and eyebrow wax service at Nancy's Nails. Nancy was very professional and provided exceptional service. I enjoy my time being at the salon. I will be coming back for all my future services.
