It feels like a scam. The single wash is so expensive and the subscription service price goes up after a couple months. Not worth it. They sell the subscription so hard, it was uncomfortable. They clearly make their money on people getting a subscription and forgetting, not focusing on good service.

Charging 30 dollars for only an exterior wash is crazy. The website says they do interior however they do not.

Don't go here. $30 is ridiculously expensive for an exterior only wash (which is mediocre in quality).
They try to sell you the monthly unlimited wash plan, which is strangely cheaper than the cost of a single wash.
They also don't accept cash which I find rather strange, so I'm sure making the monthly plan difficult to cancel is part of their business strategy.

This car wash is the worst car wash and poor customer service. The person who was guiding at the door was poorly trained and led me to the wrong direction. The incident left my car front hubcups damaged. The company do not want the responsibility for their untrained worker.

Only one wash was enough for me to never come back here again. Not only is the location terrible and a traffic hazard to get in and out of, but it looks run down to begin with. The service employees were very nice (sales is aggressive of course) but did not seem happy, so I question the management of this chain and how they treat their people. The car wash I received was only as good as a standard gas station wash, and actually missed patches on my rear windshield, but is ridiculously expensive. If I spending this much again, I would expect an interior detailing as well. Wash your car at a different chain!

Friendly employees. Signed up during a special for ~$19/mo for my first month to go through twice rather than ~$30 for one time. I had bird poop on my car that hardened and they were willing to pressure wash that spot for me. So thankful!
