“This is an update!!!!!! I was not aware that the owners had another management team come in and do their jobs correct. What I mean is they ID'D me just as there suppose to no matter what and I had an attitude because I always come in there and expect them to remember me SUPER selfish move by me. I come in every 2 days just to say hi and support MY neighborhood busniess that I grew up around for my entire life. On my last review I said I would never come back and that lasted about 1 day as I will never go to another beer wine and spirits store ever I'm attached to them. I came in on February 11th @ 4:00 PM and the same woman I had a problem with that day was there and we both apologized to each other oh and she took great care of me because of the last matter which I deeply appreciate her! as I feel really bad but just like best friends you fight and make up there doing a GREAT job and I have much respect for the owners AND there pup I love that little boy I wish them much success and will see you in 2 days to buy another 40 oz hahaha c ya!”

“I was so happy about the service I received here on July 28th that I had to come here to Yelp and give a review. An employee here helped me cash my paycheck. She was very nice and actually went the extra step to call my employer and verify the check since I am a new customer. Having received terrible service from the check cashing across the street at Express Check Cashing, I was so happy that the Check Cash Depot employee was kind and understanding that I needed my paycheck cashed so she helped me a lot. I will be recommending this location to anyone I can and will be a loyal customer here in the future!”

“Came in on a Monday at 9:15am for a passport photo after visiting another Walgreens location that was having difficulty with their camera. It wasn't busy but there were a few people in the store, so I had to wait about 5 minutes for my photo but the store employee was very professional. She worked quickly and diligently and printed my photo and had me out the door within 10 minutes.”

“This giant has become my favorite giant. The staff is friendly and for the first time in my life they remembered my family. This means so much to me. The women whom is mostly at customer service is great. I wish I could recall her name but she's simply great. Ask about my girls when I come in without them and is always so friendly and up beat. If you want the small market feel this is your giant.”

“Not sure how this place got two stars but I love this CVS! It's located across the street from Silver Spring Metro station next to giant and I actually sometimes go way out of my way to patronize the CVS location because the customer service is phenomenal. There's always someone there with a smile on their face welcoming you as you enter, and I honestly have never received bad customer service from this place! If you read any of my reviews, you know I like to go where my business is appreciated and this place surely delivers! I know it's a CVS, but sometimes we're not feeling that great when we're going to the pharmacy so it's always a welcome surprise to have people who work for a place that seemed genuinely happy to help and if they're not happy they certainly don't show it. The CVS is also stocked with all of my pharmacy needs for the most part it's clean and well organized and I'm extra care rewards member so that always helps. I will continue to patronize this location because I'm always received with a smile. Thanks ladies for always being so helpful and kind. See you guys next time”

“This place is small but very complete in a sense if their service. They provide all kind of services from fax, email, print,key copy, parcel, usps, fedex,private mail box amd so much more, extremly handsy when you have paper work and dont have the equipment . Their price is also pretty good a little to the expansive side but totally worth it since they get things done in no time. Highly recommend this place”
