Doesn't even merit 1 star. Twice I've been there with an appt. and received NO service whatsoever. I couldn't even get a COVID test for a procedure I'm having. A complete waste of my time and I'll never make an appointment there again.
I made an appointment online for 4:20 pm to avoid having to wait around. I receive an email shortly after confirming my appointment and giving me instructions to wait in my car when I arrive and I will be contacted when it's time for me. Booked an appointment for 4, got to see the nurse at 6. She gave me a speech for 15 minutes, no diagnostics, nothing. Had to leave to pick up my daughter from day care mid-session, they still charged me. This was for a sinus infection I get every year, they always give me the same medicine.
CVS Health is conducting drive-up coronavirus testing (COVID-19). Limited appointments are available to patients who qualify. Patients must legally reside in the state where the test is given and be 18 years of age or older. Patients being tested are required to stay in their vehicles and surfaces are sanitized after each visit. High demand may cause lab delays. Results may take 2-5 days in times of peak demand.
