The assistance I received at this location was very helpful. Alex was one of the staff members who assisted me with setting up my phone and he ensured that my phone setup was complete. Also there was another staff member that assisted as well. She was very informative and helped me transferred my phone from my old carrier to T-Mobile. I would recommend this store to anyone. As a walk-in customer the staff overall were courteous and professional. I will definitely be back for my cellular services.

I visited this T Mobile location last Thursday and I went in there to make a payment on my cell phone bill when I went in there there were three T-Mobile representatives who were all busy with customers so I sat down on the bench and waited until one became available when one became available the young lady was helping her to me she was helping a gentleman and his son after they finish the transaction the gentleman reached out his hand to shake the T Mobile representatives hand and she shook his hand now that would be all well and good if this was not during a pandemic. The T-Mobile representative shook the customers hand and proceeded to call me over for to be helped she didn't sanitizer hand after she shook the customers hand I didn't have any type of hand to hand interaction with her besides paying my bill and I paid in cash there the receipt machine or computer system is down so I had to take a snapshot of the receipt from the tower that she had in her hand my issue is covered Delta land or whatever is still here and these businesses and their employees need to be held accountable when it comes to properly sanitizing themselves their countertops whatever. In between customers it's very important that businesses do this after what I saw at this particular T-Mobile store unless it's an absolute emergency I will not be visiting because I don't know if this is a practice amongst the rest of the employees who work at this location.

The girl arrived on time good, however when I had to buy a new phone almost didn't get my change back because they didn't have any. Then I asked her to transfer my info to the new phone, she just said I can do that myself. Sorry, I was there, I paid for a new phone and there was no one in the store. Don't go here!
