Mrs. Maileni at the White Oak location is awesome at her job. She's a very nice person and I'm glad that I had the chance to meet her. She was so helpful and very professional. I switched from another phone service and by her knowing her job made the switch very quick and easy.. She deserves the five star rating. Thank you again Maileni?

I was in Silver Spring store white oak shopping center. Miss Marleni was the sale representative. She was very nice and kind. Mostly very respectful to her clients. She helped me and my two daughters. I highly recommend her store to the clients that want to have a nice and amazing services. She is a true super star.Nelly

I went into your store at 11229 on Dec 1st and was told my Ms Rodriguez that my phone had water damage and that it was more expensive to repair than to buy a new phone. I made the purchase of a new phone with her. I later went to the corporate store in Silver Spring and told that my old phone did not have any water damage. I went to store and Ms Rodriguez stated that she would not return my money. This is fraud in my opinion. Please review and advise with a response. Thanks
