“I went for my lab work today, and I believe my phlebotomist said her name was Patrice. She was running the desk expertly, while also doing the blood draws. She was kind, friendly, reassuring, and down to earth. Best of all, I'm usually a tremendously difficult stick, and she got it on the first try (painlessly). The facility is clean and there was no wait (although I did schedule an appointment). Great experience!!”
