Fazil was super nice and informative. He helped my mom pick a mattress that suited her needs and worked with her budget making it a smooth transaction. Buying beds can be stressful as it’s one of the most important purchases you can make in your life and Fazil was very understanding and made it stress free. I highly recommend coming to him if you want a hassle free experience!

Fazil was incredible and the selection and variety was great. We felt comfortable trying many types to find the best fit for our sensitive 6-year-old’s bunk bed. I stopped by not expecting too much after visiting 3 different stores. But Fazil at this store was very honest and tried his best to give me the best deal. I did purchase a tempur pedic mattress with him today and can’t be more thankful for his service!

It all depends on the salesperson. We had a great experience with Charles at the Wheaton location. Bought 2 mattresses. Then returned later, but Charles was off that day, and unfortunately, was completely smothered by his colleague, an annoying, clueless, pushy salesman. We returned when Charles was working and bought a 3rd bedroom set up. Could not be two more opposite sales associates. Kudos to Charles for being low key, and informative. Thx.

Today my husband and I came into the store because we have a warranty exchange and we are very disappointed with the outcome of our visit today! They only Train sales people how to sell, but never customer service and that is not how a business should run when you're selling mattresses for thousands of dollars. A little over a year ago my husband and I purchased a top-of-the-line mattress and moving foundation. Total was $4200 including the mattress, protector pillows and delivery.. for the past eight months we've been trying to get a mattress inspector to come to see a defective mattress because it's saying 4 1/2 inches clearly that's an issue. It was covered by the warranty but it was hard to have an inspector come out because all of the time they said, there wasn't one near us or didn't coincide with our schedule. My husband and I both have full-time jobs. Nobody is home during the day when they give you a seven hour window, which is unfair in my opinion and they tell you the night before hey tomorrow can you be at home all day even though it's a workday know I'm sorry I can't do that on short notice so I had to argue with the inspector for months, and finally called and complain about it to corporate, and then wait another few months for them to finally sent an inspector who in fact, said yes, there was a problem . Well, we finally received our warranty adjustment approval thank goodness and we came in to have the mattress exchanged and then the gentleman who was on the sales floor was helping someone else, but there was a problem with their credit line. I guess we waited for hours and since we have a four-year-old son we decided to have dinner and then come back and then for another hour and a half waited for him to try to do the paperwork correctly and was unsuccessful. It will be able to come back another day and speak with the manager so after taking off work early to come to the physical location wheaton to get our new mattress we are going home empty-handed and to add insult to injury the gentleman side since we did choose a mattress that was $2199 that he would give us the Tempur-pedic pillows that came with our Tempur-pedic mattress and guess what when we were leaving he said I'm sorry I can't give them to you because it's a warranty exchange . What does that have to do with anything they're giving us credit because they sold us a defective matress? every time you buy a bed they should come with a adequate supplies. Usually they always give you either De Liz or some sort of protective casing for your bed. Nope we left with no bad no pillows and no Customer Service. I would not recommend spending your money here by the way, we paid all of our money upfront we never got a credit line that $4200 was paid the day that we bought our first mattress a year ago in full

Fazil was great! He showed us options for exactly what we were looking for! He was honest about which mattress fit our needs the best and didn’t try to just sell us the most expensive. He also set us up with a box spring and frame at a great price! Fazil was very knowledgable about all merchandise and made sure we knew everything we needed before purchasing and to prepare for delivery. I would definitely recommend this Mattress Warehouse location and working with Fazil!

Fazil was unethical and did not communicate effectively to my mother and me about the different mattress options and did not attempt to gauge a better idea of our budget and instead sold the most expensive mattress in the store to her without asking us more effective questions about pricing. He seemed overzealous and impatient for there to not be other customers in the store at the time being. Fazil kept rambling and being complimentary towards us sharing long-winded stories instead of staying focused on the actual sale itself and the different brands and types of mattresses that the store sells. There was confusion as soon as my mother and I walked into the store. One associate was going to assist us, but Fazil instead discussed how much experience he has at selling mattresses and was going to assist us. He wasted a lot of time focused only on one mattress and did not take the initiative to ask us any questions about, if we had seen any other mattress in the store that better met my mother's budget and needs. At the desk, Fazil stated that he would update our address records. Another associate tried to assist also with the finance side of operations. Fazil instead still had the old address listed and saved in the system and had the mattress quote/billing paperwork sent to the wrong address, after my mother and I tried confirming with him on multiple occasions if he updated the billing address. Fazil also did not explain the return/exchange policy or go into detail with where the money actually matters. It is very important to know about payment/return/exchange information. Fazil missed on all the important details about the purchase. He was friendly and used his big personality to make the sale but lacked the ethics and integrity about sales and pricing. He was too overly eager with telling stories and discussing personal matters instead of being more business-like and ensuring accuracy and detail to the purchase. We returned to the store a week after the Memorial Day sale purchase and approached Fazil about the issues. He apologized and recommended us to communicate to corporate for more information, as the transaction had been done and was out of his control by then. The billing statement was sent to our old address. My mother had to contact Mattress Warehouse about the billing and the return/exchange policy about the mattress needing to be of equal value. When you are sold the most expensive mattress in the store, it is difficult to exchange a mattress of equal value. The store also is a bit hot, stuffy and uncomfortable and needs to invest in something called umm, an air conditioner. We are living in modern times and there needs to be some type of vent circulation going on. The sale itself took about an hour to conduct, because Fazil was very talkative but did not use purposeful communication to explain different mattress options and pricing details. This was a waste of time and not the best of experiences. The mattress itself gets the job done and absorbs and molds to the body well, but the lack of integrity, ethics, and morality hurt the experience a lot. The salespeople need to be more patient and ethical to assist customers. It is not a quick sprint race to the sale. The associates need to be trained better to discuss brands and pricing and need to stay on topic and not waste precious time. Better training needs to happen and this is rather unacceptable.
