I ordered a twin mattress online for pickup at this location because I needed it on the same day. However, because of an internal communication error, my order did not get transmitted to the retail store. My only choice was to purchase the mattress there and wait for a refund from the main office. It has been TWELVE DAYS AND STILL NO REFUND. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THE INTERNET STORE. However, the sales guy was great at the Wheaton location, and I went home happy with a twin mattress.

The Mattress Warehouse at Wheaton is my favorite mattress store. They have high quality mattresses that are reasonably priced. The customer service here is excellent. These guys are very warm and friendly and also quite knowledgeable about mattresses based on your specific needs.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this time Is an exception….. I’ve been looking for a new mattress because I have a problem with my back, thanks to Charles, he was able to help me with the perfect mattress and pillows!! He was thorough and informative, I will be getting another mattress for my parents soon. 10/10 customer service.

It was a wonderful experience buying my mattress from Mattress Warehouse at Wheaton. The showroom manager Charles, was very helpful in helping me make the right purchase. He did the bed-match process with me and I got matched with the right comfort and brand. Ever since I got my mattress my back pain issue has disappeared and the adjustable base that came with it took care of my snoring. I sleep better at night and wake up feeling brand new. I will recommend this location to anyone looking for the right mattress and comfort-level, ask of Charles and thank me later.

I went to the store by Wheaton the last time and I was given a really hospitality treatment. The manager Charles in the store explained everything in detail on how ash mattress are. I was able to buy one and it is one of the best. I highly recommend for people to visit this store as their customer service is probably the best I have seen.
