Tamsir J provided great customer service to me when I visited Mattress Firm to browse mattresses. He answered all of my questions and helped me find the right mattress. He was also helpful in answering questions about delivery, timing, the warranty, and financing. I was not looking forward to the shopping experience before I went but it was a breeze.
