My mother forgot her item in a fire alarm incident the day prior. The cashier team was quick, friendly, and efficient. Will for sure be coming back to this location. The two Latina women and Asian manager were very kind and helpful.

Ms. Rosa requires instruction on customer respect as her demeanor tends towards extreme rudeness and even violence. Perhaps a stint in retail could provide her with valuable insights into customer interactions and service etiquette.

Place located inside Ellsworth. Pretty organized and you can find good deals for clothing & home goods. But no cell connection or WiFi access & less overall clearness compared to the TJ Max located just below.

I like how organize the store is. What I didn’t like is how the cashier Carmen was being rude. She did not greet us. My wife was asking her a question and she ignored her. She was too busy talking to the other cashier. She seemed bothered, annoyed, and impatient. Bad customer service.

Really like the shoe selection at this location but the cashier Carmen didn’t provide the best customer service. She wasn’t friendly we had to remove an item from our purchase and she threw it on the counter.

This store has a really impressive selection of clothes. My husband and I really enjoyed our time shopping here. What was extremely unenjoyable was the woman working the dressing room! She was impatient and intrusive. Every time I came out to show my husband something I tried on, she butted in, focused on and flustered about the number of clothes I still had in my dressing room. It's important to take one's job seriously, but she was so focused on keeping tabs on the clothes that I eventually decided it was not worth it to keep trying the things in my dressing room on. She really wore on my patience. I left with an amazing coat, so overall a success. But if you want to try on more than 10 items, good luck.

I had a pretty easy, breazy experience at this Marshalls. I needed to pick up a few towels and a couple of pillows, and I found everything that I was looking for. Although I found what I was looking for, I wish there was a bit more of a selection. However, I understand why there may not have been a huge selection because this location is somewhat smaller than others that I have visited over the years. I thought the organization of the store was fine (i.e., items were not thrown all over the place). Overall, I thought the prices were great based on my previous Marshalls experiences, and the customer service was pretty decent.

Not as great as its sister store in this location, but when combined with it, it makes for a great shopping experience. It was kind of weird in this overall location. As you made your way upward, the stores got messier and less stocked with items. If you weren't able to find what you needed at TJ Maxx downstairs, head up here and maybe you will find what you are missing. They basically carry the same items and why not take the chance to stop in here. Overall, not a bad set up store. They appear to be organized, but not as well as downstairs. Staff were busy in here, running around and manning the registers.
