Alisson was so kind, told me all about the LIDL app and it’s coupons. Super positive!

Yep, this Lidl location is in poor state. The staff and managers probably don't really care about appearance of the store.

The store is in decline. There were three registers open with at least 20 customers in each line. I asked three of the workers who were hanging out in the frozen food section if anybody was going to be working the registers anytime soon? One of them said I'm on break. The other one said that she was done for the day, and one who was sort of working just kind of shrugged her shoulders. There's clearly no interest in working for the store. There are a million other options in the area that are better. I will never see myself going back to the store. When it opened it was okay but now it's trash.

Good enough, frequent pricing mistakes though. Salmon, was store labeled at 7.99 a pound, rang up at 11.99 a pound. Frozen catfish, same problem, store labeled at 8.99, rang up at register for 12.99. Life is too short to complain about pricing, so I just carry on. The pluses, fresh produce, fresh bread, very low prices at times , look closely.(when they ring up properly) . For instance today I saw 25 pounds of whole wheat flour for $10 dollars!!!....that could feed you for a month. The long lines are a combination of slow, confused customers, bagging that shouldn't be done at the register, people paying in cash and wasting everybody's time, and the management's persistence on always having only 2 registers open, very rare to see higher than 2. Also I would recommend them instituting one long line for all the registers, like Trader Joe's....rather than the confused cluster you have today. I keep coming back because the prices truly are the lowest in the DMV for basics like milk , honey, and everything in between.

The prices are wonderful, the produce is so much better than at the big stores, and it’s always fun to see what’s in the home goods aisles.

Today 9/13/24 I bought with receipt number LL14c0e24d at the store on Randolph Rd/ Georgia Ave. Some products among those products there is a WHITE BREAD, like anyone pressed for time I picked one up at random, when I got home it was It occurred to me to prepare a sandwich, my surprise was great when I saw the bread eaten by a mouse or rat and 2 cockroaches, tomorrow 9/14/24, I am going to go to the store to make the respective claim and it will be the last time I buy any product In that store, it is the second time that I have had problems with their products, last time I could not complain because I lost the receipt, on that occasion it was a package of spoiled meat, this time I have the receipt and witnesses who saw the insects inside of the bread, I am going to inform the authorities because this is a public health problem.

No work ethic. Rude employees. Will raise their voice to customers and incredibly unhelpful. Trash all over the parking lot and pouring out of trash cans outside the store. Automatic door on planet fitness side out for well over one month. 11:30 AM on a Sunday with one line open. Would give it 0 stars if possible.

If you are looking cheap items, this might be the place. I can guarantee you, you will be disrespected or you will witness someone being disrespected. Customer service team is the worst I have ever seen. This is not a one time incident.

Won't give you a discount for broken and frayed flowers. I picked up the last roses they had and someone had snapped 3 of them and couldn't get a single cent off. They probably ended up in the trash after all that. What a waste.
Lines are ridiculously long any time of day and I have only ever seen 3 of the 6 registers open at once. Aldi is better especially since they introduced self checkout so I can actually get in and out in 5 minutes. Lidl takes minimum of 15-20 minutes of waiting in line not even including the time it takes to shop. Not worth my time anymore. App is subpar and offers minimal "rewards".

Definitely I am not going to buy meat there anymore, till they fix their fridges. Bought fish, chicken, lamb and turkey breast and everything was spoiled except for the chicken the rest gone bad before expiration date. I had lost the ticket and couldn’t go to return as they are far from me. I loved this store in general. But quality have declined
